Enjoy horseback riding to the top of the falls only 10 minutes away with Shady Grove Stables or drive 20 minutes on top of the mountain south to Orbitz Glass and learn how to blow an ornament or flower to save as a memento of your visit. If some of your group likes hiking, you may need to visit more than once because there is no shortage of trails for all levels of experience. Kayaking the Little River is fun for groups and all ages and rentals are available at Desota Park. Experience Zip lining with Screaming Eagles being only a 5-minute drive. Dining options are many if you are not grilling on the green egg on the deck. Only 10 to 15 minutes to either Fort Payne or Mentone both offers excellent choices for dinning and live music.
