« We enjoyed our stay at this property! The three bedrooms provided plenty of space, and the home was clean and well-maintained. The back patio was a highlight—we loved relaxing there each night and playing cards. « Great property had everything that u would and could need very clean and spacious felt right at home. The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private. Other than that great stay. »

« We were looking for a place close to family and this location was perfect. We completely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Even though Englewood Beach was closed during our visit, it was still a close drive to the nearest open beach and we were happy to get some beach time in February instead of snow. »

« Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house. »

« It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was very responsive and made check-in easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! »

« This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable. »

« The house was just as it’s described and pictured. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were visiting family in nearby Punta Gorda, so the location was perfect for us. Overall the neighborhood was quiet. The home is close to Veterans Parkway and 75, which we could hear at times (just rush hour times), but not overly loud. The proximity worked out well for us to get to where we needed and quickly! Manasota Key Beach is about 45 mins away, which is loaded with shells. My...

"Hôtel récent, calme et moderne au bord de l'eau. La vue sur la marina depuis la chambre est magnifique. Très belle chambre, bien équipée. La piscine est très jolie. Un restaurant et tiki bar accessible à pied, ainsi qu'une balade sur les quais. Le quartier est agréable. "

"La réception des clés se faisait via un écran. Aucun contact humain. De plus pas de fruits frais, pas de jus de fruits, aucun plat chaud ni gaufres ou pinckake Donc seulement du gâteau industriel enveloppés ds du papier avec du thé et du café. En conclusion il ne faut pas inclure petit déjeuner inclus mais petit en-cas pour le petit déjeuner. "

"The problem of this hôtel is the noise of the road to the bridge situated just near the room. We can sleep only from midnight to 4 Oclock AM otherwise the noise is terrible. I choose a room with view to the port which was not a good choice. We have not been informed about the noise prior to choose the room. "
