The space

Our home is a spacious canal-front oasis perfect for families and groups. It features 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining areas, fast WiFi, Smart TVs, and an open layout with beautiful water views.

The star of the house is the screened-in pool area with a heated pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor dining, kayaks, fire pit, and comfortable seating to enjoy the sunset.
We also provide board games, PlayStation 4 (bring your own games), soccer balls, pickleball paddles, and baby gear upon request.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ area, kayaks, fire pit area, living room, kitchen, dining spaces, washer/dryer, and all amenities listed.

Parking for up to 6 cars is available in the driveway.

The only areas not accessible to guests are a small locked owner’s closet and the pump area next to the pool equipment.

Other details to note
• Pool heating is optional: $35/day, runs from 9 AM to 11 PM.
• Kayaks: 4 kayaks available (3-person, 2-person, and two singles). Life jackets required.
• Safety: There are two exterior security cameras (driveway + side of house). No cameras inside.
• Maintenance:
– Pool technician comes Fridays around 10 AM (no swimming for ~2 hours).
– Gardener visits between Thu–Sat.
• Steps: There are small steps leading into the laundry room, master suite, and from the BBQ area to the pool.
• No shoes inside the home to preserve floors and cleanliness.
• Keep windows and doors fully closed to prevent insects/wildlife from entering and protect the A/C system.
• BBQ must be cleaned before checkout to avoid a $150 cleaning fee.
• Fire pit + BBQ are for adults only.
• No glass near the pool for safety.
• Baby gear available upon request (high chair, stroller, playpen, toys).
• PlayStation 4 available — guests must bring/login with their own games.
