• Approximately 7 miles to Fort Myers Beach, 6 miles to the Sanibel Causeway, 12 miles to downtown Fort Myers, and 18 miles to RSW International Airport.

• The riverfront is for scenic enjoyment only. There is no guest dock or water access from the property.

• Pool heaters are not operated May through October, and water temperature varies with weather conditions.

• No pets. No smoking anywhere on the property, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes.

• Minimum rental age is 25.

• No parties permitted; no overnight guests to exceed the number of maximum occupancy of 11.

• As with all Southwest Florida homes, occasional insects or geckos may enter despite routine pest control; refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.
