Breathtaking gulf access 4 bedroom/4 bath pool and spa home located in the coveted SW area of Cape Coral. This vacation home is just minutes from Cape Harbour, Cape Coral Yacht Club and several popular restaurants and tiki bars.
This magnificent home sleeps up to 8 people. The master suite offers a King size bed and direct access to the pool deck and has a beautiful huge bath including walk-around shower and centered jetted tub. Large walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your clothing and belongings.

3 more bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. Both queen suites offer adjoining full baths that can be closed off to the hallway and become a private bath to the queen suites. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a full guest bathroom tub/shower combo is located adjacent to the room. Each bedroom has a private cable equipped TV.

Kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for 5. Plenty of seating for the entire family, main dining seats 6 and kitchen table can accommodate 4. Home features a family room and great room that is equipped with a flat screen TV and Wifi throughout the house.

The lanai is accessed by pocket sliders from the main living area and master bedroom. This large outdoor area will no doubt be where you spend most of your time, grilling out on the gas BBQ or just kicking back on the loungers taking in the gorgeous gulf views. The pool and spa offer an electric heater and user friendly controller and are ready for you to relax and start your Endless Summer. *Please note that security camera faces the driveway and canal only*

The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.

- BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

*All guests must be disclosed at time of booking, no unauthorized guests that are not on original booking. The property rates include up to 4 guests. Additional guests will incur a small fee. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
