Designed for large groups and families, this bright, open-concept waterfront home pairs high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and modern coastal décor with inviting indoor-outdoor living. Gather in the living area with modern sofas, Smart TVs, an electric fireplace, and river views, or settle into the dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection.


The chef-friendly kitchen includes a large island, modern appliances, double oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, cooking essentials, and indoor dining with pool and water views. Central air conditioning, central heating, a washer and dryer, and room-darkening shades add comfort for longer stays.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• Ground-floor primary bedroom with river view, en-suite bathroom, and four-poster canopy king bed
• Two ground-floor guest bedrooms with queen beds
• Second-floor bedroom with a king bed and balcony
• Second-floor bedroom with a queen bed

Outside, enjoy the private pool, hot tub, sun loungers, hammock, outdoor dining and lounge areas, outdoor kitchen, and gas/charcoal BBQ grill. The second-floor balcony overlooks the pool and river. Complimentary kayaks, direct waterfront access, and a private dock with boat slip make it easy to enjoy the Caloosahatchee River.

For guests traveling with little ones, a crib is available, while a pack ’n play/travel crib, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request. Children’s dinnerware, board games, books, and life-size games are also provided.

Guest Access:

You will have private, exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities during your stay, including the pool, hot tub, lanai, outdoor kitchen, private backyard, private dock, and boat slip. Self check-in is available via smart lock; detailed arrival instructions will be sent the day before check-in.

The garages are not available for guest use. Free parking is available on the premises, with free street parking also available.
