This home also has one queen size bed in 1st guest room, the second guest room has 2 twin beds, while the 3rd room offers 2 more twin beds. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plenty of dinnerware, cups, utensils and cookware. Just off the kitchen is a dinette with a gorgeous waterfront view. This luxurious rental also features a spacious family room equipped with flat screen TV, each bedroom has its own TV and Wi-Fi throughout. Two TVs outside, one in pool area and also one at the tiki hut. Home has converted garage to game room so garage is not available for parking.

The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest incurs a fee. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
- BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 10:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available but require prior approval by Agent.
