Charmante maison avec piscine chauffée - Emplacement exceptionnel!

Cette maison de trois chambres avec piscine est située dans une jolie rue calme très proche de tous les restaurants et magasins du quartier commerçant de Bell Tower. Profitez de la paisible piscine extérieure et du barbecue avec du poisson frais de nos marchés locaux sur votre gril à gaz. À l’intérieur, le salon à aire ouverte comprend une salle familiale avec un grand centre de divertissement (téléviseur HD Samsung 65 pouces), un coin repas et une fantastique cuisine bien équipée. La maison est de 1350 pieds carrés et peut accueillir 8 personnes. Deux chambres a un lit king size chacune. Une troisième chambre a un lit queen size. Le salon a un canapé-lit confortable. Nous sommes les animaux de compagnie et les enfants avec une grande cour arrière clôturée. Des jeux, des jouets de sable, des jouets de piscine et des jouets de plage sont également disponibles. Pour la plage, nous fournissons un chariot de plage, un parasol, une glacière et des chaises de plage.

Ft Myers

The electricity went out in the neighborhood at 11:00PM on our last night and was not restored before we checked out at 10:00AM. We had planned on cooking a big family breakfast before we checked out. That was not possible without electricity, but that was out of control of the host. The house was clean the pool was warm , the neighborhood is a little run down.

Christmas Break/New Years Vacay

This house was perfect for our family of 6 and pet. The heated pool was a plus as the Florida weather didnt get higher than 70 degrees during our stay. We have family that live in the area and the house was accommodating for them to come visit us. Ft. Myers has been through a lot of recovery since the hurricane. So many of the places we once went to were gone but we managed to find new places to check out. Overall we are NOT happy to head back home to snow and cold but we ARE greatful to have stayed here... thanks Charles!

Perfect for baseball families

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The backyard is an oasis big enough to host the team for a BBQ. Kitchen has everything you need to cook those early morning breakfasts with great beds to recover from the games. The hosts are very attentive to all communication! Great stay!

Graduation Celebration

We rented this home for a graduation celebration for our daughter. The home was beautiful and cozy. The outdoor area had alot of space and was peaceful. Definitely a nice get away even though we are locals, it was a home away from home! The host is amazing, he was available at all times and had people available to help with whatever was needed. We will definitely be using them again for our next stay.

Great Property; Poor Communication from Owner

Overall, the house was nice. Outdoor space was wonderful. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here due to the owner’s behavior. Firstly, before my trip started, the owner wanted to move me to a different property after I had already booked. Upon arriving to the property, I had to wait for him to text me the code. Code was not provided prior to my arrival to the property. I let the owner know about a few issues after arriving that needed some attention such as a broken umbrella on the pool deck and some lights outside of the bedroom at night that we could not turn off that made it hard to sleep. Some of the lights turned off in the middle of the night and I noticed in the morning that the umbrella was temporarily fixed. The owner never asked if it was OK if he stopped by; he just did some time in the middle of the night. He was responsive to our concerns, but he stopped by multiple times throughout our stay without notifying us in advance. The other qualm I have with this property is that the listing claims it is wheelchair accessible and it is not. One of the members in our party is disabled and uses a wheelchair and crutches to get around. There is a step to go through the front door and the back door by the pool is a very narrow sliding door that requires passage through a locked gate to get into the backyard and over the sliding door track. The furniture is not arranged to get a wheelchair throughout the house. The main hallway is so narrow that a wheelchair user cannot maneuver into the bathroom or the master bedroom where the other bathroom is located. Neither bathroom nor shower is wheelchair accessible. The laundry room and kitchen are not wheelchair accessible.

Home was very clean…..however All of the beds were horrible ! Every bed made crinkling noise every time you turned ! Both showers had very low water pressure making it difficult to lather & rinse hair…!

Great communication

The owner was extremely helpful. We did a small party around 15 people on a Saturday and the neighbors called the cops for the loud music around 5-6 pm. The owner was there in just minutes, defending us since the rules of the neighborhood says that we can put music until 9. I stayed in a lot of houses but this one was truly the best. Overall 10/10

Great time, great house, great host

Rented this house for my twins 15th birthday party. House is in a great location right off of 41 (lots of stores, restaurants, and shopping centers close by), and it was perfect for us. Had about 30-40 people over for the party, it was a pool party and the outdoor area was more than accommodating for everyone; we had more than enough room and more people could fit if needed. There were times with approximately 25+ kids in that pool at once, the outdoor area is truly amazing. The inside is kind of small, but I rented the house for the outside so that didn’t matter to me. We had 2 adults and 8 children that slept over (ages 6-17). The master bedroom has a king and a twin bed inside of it and there’s still a lot of extra room in there. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds in them, and the living room has a pull out couch, but the mattress on the pull out couch definitely needs to be replaced lol. We brought an air mattress and put the little kids on there instead of the pull out couch. The host was great too, there was a small crack on the guest bathroom sink that he made me aware of prior to check in, and offered to come fix it. I didn’t care about the crack at all, but he insisted and he ended up replacing the entire sink (which he definitely did not have to), he was communicative and accommodating.

Plenty of sleeping space, large pool area and the kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms are small and could use some hooks on the back of the doors for towels. House is in a good location and we would enjoy staying there on another visit to the area.

Perfect for our girls trip!

Charles was great to work with and very accommodating! Beautiful house, and great pool! The only recommendation I have is to hook up the ice maker and water on the fridge! But was thankful for the bag of ice that was left for us!

Family gathering

Great place for our family to get together. Adequate space, very nice outdoor area. Grill very clean. Pool heater took way too long to heat the water. It never got above 78 so we weren’t able to use it. But overall we had a good experience.
