Superbe coin condo-Sanibel Harbor Unit 431

Situé à Sanibel Harbour, ce condo est l'endroit loin Get- parfait pour se détendre à la plage et la piscine et profiter de tout ce que la côte du Golfe de la Floride a à offrir.

L'unité a été récemment entièrement rénovée.

Regardez les dauphins et profiter des couchers de soleil romantiques sur la baie de San Carlos de cette 4ème condo étage coin et spacieux enveloppe en forme de L autour lania.

Une plage et piscine privée sont ci-dessous dans les traces.

Nous sommes situés à côté du Marriott Resort and Spa. L'accès est possible via un pass invité (des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent) aux installations, y compris des piscines supplémentaires, des plages, un tennis, un centre de fitness et le spa de 40 000 pieds carrés offrant une gamme de services de soins de beauté et de cocooning. Le bateau des offres de la marina et autres locations embarcations / kayak, un quai de pêche privé et un yacht dîner croisière de luxe / brunch est disponible sur place.

Belles vues spectaculaires de l'intérieur du condo et la véranda fermée. Ce deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains condo est joliment présenté avec une cuisine aménagée et équipée complète, une salle à manger et une belle salle de séjour présenté avec vue sur l'eau.

Le condo a été récemment rénové et mis à jour avec de nouveaux meubles partout.

L'appareil contient toutes les commodités d'une maison, y compris l'accès haute vitesse sans fil (sans frais).

La cuisine a été entièrement rénovée avec un nouveau carrelage, de nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en granit.

La chambre principale (avec lit king size) mène à la véranda avant. La chambre a un nouveau mobilier et une nouvelle télévision murale à écran plat. Salle de bains comprend une belle et spacieuse douche à l'italienne.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et un lit jumeau - cette chambre peut accueillir 3! La chambre dispose d'une télévision murale et d'un grand placard.

La deuxième salle de bains a été rénovée avec un nouveau carrelage, une nouvelle armoire et un comptoir en granit ...) et comprend une baignoire / douche complète, un grand comptoir et un lavabo, ainsi que de nombreux espaces de rangement.

Cette unité peut accueillir 6 personnes car le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size (nouveau - 2016)

L'équipe de gestion sur site supervise cette propriété.

Fun stay

Nice condo with tv’s in the bedrooms and nice pool. We had an issue with the dryer and dishwasher and called maintenance and they were repaired right away. We left a message about a slow drain in the guest bath but didn’t hear back from them but it was no big deal. Great place to stay with views to the west and south. Would definitely stay there again!

IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF..

It was beautiful to see..but looks can be deceiving.Building and location were clean. The condo had the appearance of clean at first glance.i’m sorry to say the furniture the rugs the bed coverings were filthy. There was not ONE COMFORTABLE BED out of three and the couches and chairs offered none either Lack of toilet paper etc tiny white bars of soap UGH Left 3 days early

The condo was very nice and the view was great. It had everything we needed. The beach was sandy but the kids couldn’t swim in the water because of all the debris still coming from the hurricanes. But they were able to play a lot in the sand and watch the boats

The hostess was lovely and the entire process was flawless. The view from this corner condo was extraordinary. This 2 bedroom had everything we needed and was close to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach, food and shopping. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed this clean and spacious condo for our weeklong stay. This little private beach feels like a well kept secret treasure! The sand is soft and the water was warm and shallow. Perfect for relaxing.

Beautiful quiet condo with pool/beach and amazing harbor view!

This updated condo was the perfect place to rest and restore! Close to everything and a block away from the Sanibel Island Bridge. The wrap around screened in balcony had amazing views all day long. Having the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort next door was also a bonus. The owner, Lori, was a joy to work with! Already rebooked for our next trip to Fort Meyers.

Beautiful unit, exceptional view.

We were very happy with the corner unit. Clean and decorated well. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking or entertaining. View was outstanding. No problems with check in or out process. Pillows on the master bed were very cheap and flat. Marriott Hotel was a very noisy neighbor, but we get up early anyway.

Perfect Getaway that Exceeded Expectations

My husband and I spent the month of March here. We were blown away the minute we walked through the door by the spectacular view from almost every vantage point in the beautifully furnished, clean condo. Everything we needed was right there. The wrap around, screened balcony was amazing with its view of the water and sunset. We actually did see dolphins several times. Being able to walk downstairs to the well kept pool and private beach was another plus. Location perfect by hotel and near restaurants. Finally, communication with owner and property management company was helpful, detailed, and timely. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for the opportunity to stay here.

Great Corner Condo with Gorgeous Sunsets

This corner unit condo had everything we needed for a long getaway weekend. Overlooking the water, we spent hours on the screened in balcony, enjoying wonderfully refreshing breezes, taking in the beautiful views including gorgeous sunsets. The condo had everything we needed and wanted during our stay. Very good communication with the unit owner and property manager. I would recommend this property and would stay here again!

A beautiful spot to enjoy Sanibel and Captiva

This is a lovely and well appointed condo. We were there with our two granddaughters and the space was perfect. The lanai overlooking the pool and the water was extra special. A beautiful view and a restful spot for morning coffee. The owner checked in frequently and was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely plan a return trip to this condo!

Great Thanksgiving holiday week

Very clean and modern. Fantastic view. Great location near Sanibel and Fort Meyers. Good breakfast at Marriott next door. Just know that the Marriott gets its garbage picked up sometimes before sunrise - so if you are a light sleeper, you could get woken up before you would like….but this is not a deal breaker at all. Ceiling fan in the bedrooms is the only suggestion I would make. You will enjoy staying here !
