Property was lovely, the amenities excellent, hosts were gracious and communicated promptly... BUT we had a significant issue with the toilets within 18 hours of our arrival! We provided detailed communication of the issue (which began with one toilet, then to the other toilet). We informed the host in writing before 8am ET and requested the toilets be fully functional by 5pmET. By 8:04pm ET, the host informed us the issue would not be resolved and suggested we get a hotel for the night...and that a plumber would be at the house the following day at 10am. I wish the host would have simply called the plumber immediately instead of having his "pool guy" try to fix the issue. Had the toilets been functional, we would have gladly remained in this lovely property. However, my wife and I were so displeased that we contacted VRBO and cancelled the rest of our stay. By 12:30am/1am, we gathered our belongings and left the premises. We cleaned up and sent photos and a video to the host to show we left the property as we had found it. My wife said she will never use VRBO again. This was not the way to spend our Family Christmas vacation. With all of that having been said, it was/is a lovely property with excellent ammenities and the hosts (Jonathan and Tania) were excellent in communicating...with the huge exception of not immediately fixing the toilets. Please read the many other fantastic reviews posted by other guests. It really is a lovely property!

This stay was better than we anticipated. The house was clean and had all the added amenities that could ever be needed. The hot tub and pool were exactly what we needed to completely relax.The neighbor was also very quiet. We would recommend Jasper Villa to anyone needing a clean quiet place to stay.

The property was in a pleasant neighborhood close to many things. Nice pool and hot tub. Great supplies for bathrooms, kitchen, and comfortable beds. Host was very responsive, checked in to see if all was well. Easy check out and entry. Very pleasant stay.

Family Weekend

The house was great, very clean and comfortable. The only downside was we were not able to use the pool because it was green. We stayed over the holiday weekend so it couldn’t be done during our stay but the owners did apologize and said they were going to take care of it.

Beautiful place and well equipped for our week stay

Family in town for baseball tournament. House was very well equipped for all our needs. Pool and hot tub were great ways to end our days relaxing. Hosts were very communicative during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great vacation

The house was just as shown. Very clean, great location, pool was nice and clean along with the hot tub.Only issue is the toilet in the master bath backed up into the shower. It was a holiday weekend so the owner wasn’t able to locate a plumber. We were not able to use the bathroom for the last 2 days which was inconvenient with 4 people.

Perfect stay/will return

We loved staying here and knew it as soon as we drove up. One main reason was the safe location and the exterior of the house. Once we walked inside we were so excited because it was just as beautiful as the pictures and description. The Host Jonathan was so welcoming and helpful to make it a great vacation. The home is so clean, comfortable and updated beautifully. We loved that it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the area yet so conveniently close by to enjoy many restaurants, stores and the Beach. We spent much of our time in the very private pool area. We look forward to coming back to enjoy next time and hope that others will read this review and enjoy their vacation as much as we did. Another huge perk is the washer and dryer on site. We loved those so much also that we are shopping for the same style for our home in Wisconsin. Thank you again to our Great Hosts for helping us to Love our first vacation as retirees. My husband truly enjoyed it as much as I did. We WILL be back!

Home has it all!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed! Enjoy chilling poolside, taking a dip in the hot tub, or drive 35 minutes (traffic depending) to soft sandy Fort Meyers beach. Beach chairs & towels are provided. There are lots of good restaurants around, and we utilized the grill for meals too. Check in and out was easy. Great place!!!

This properties photos do not do it justice. The home was well equipped and welcoming. The pool could have used a little TLC. Neighborhood was guiet and great for walking. Close to stores and restaurants.Not too far from beach and airport. The hosts were very prompt when I had a question.We would stay here again.

Can’t wait to come back!

We were two couples coming down for a week of golf. We had always stayed at hotels in the past. That will never happen again as we have already booked this house for next year’s trip. The house was perfect. The hosts are awesome and emailed before, during and after the trip making sure everything was perfect for us. Clean house, awesome pool/hot tub area, great location and awesome hosts. HIGHLY recommend!

Spacious house close to Bell Tower

My family stayed here to be close to the Double Tree Belltower which is the home base for the Red Sox Fantasy Camps. It was clean, with many amenities including hot tub which we used on multiple occasions. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There are some basic dry staples including rice, coffee, sugar. Use of the owners' subscriptions on the smart TV was a plus.

Really nice property

After a very long journey with flight delays it was good to get here, owner had very kindly let our friends we were visiting go to the property early and put up a Christmas tree and fill our fridge with groceries. Property was clean, tidy and spacious. We encountered a water draining problem with a shower tray but even though they were out of town the issue was fixed same day which was great. Pool is not heated which is a shame but I did brave it, once only though as it was cold! Eating places and shops are walking distance which was nice and the local Uber service had no problems finding it as we didn’t have a car - you do need transport for this area of Fort Myers really. Overall first time using Vrbo and I would use it again and stay here again when visiting.

Great spot

The Jasper House provided a comfortable and convenient stay for the team during their work assignment. The amenities were well-maintained and suited their needs perfectly. The location was ideal, offering easy access to work sites and local conveniences. It truly felt like a home away from home after long days. We appreciate the hospitality and would recommend this bungalow for future work trips.

Great communication and attentive owners

Nicely renovated home in a quite neighborhood. It was a very hot week and the A/C struggled to keep up. The owner worked diligently to address the problem, even while they were out of state. Property was very nice. Pool was great! Plenty of plates, the tea cups were difficult to hold and too small for a morning coffee, like mugs for tea and coffee and kitchen towels would be nice. Maybe a keurig . Did find a pair of men’s underwater in a bathroom drawer,ewww. Not enough toilet paper had to buy some. Pocket door in master bathroom would come off its track. All in all a very nice stay. Really enjoyed the pool and great location.

Long weekend for family graduation

Great neighborhood, close to our family, very quiet. Pool and hot tub very clean and temperate was perfect. House was spotless and lots of great extras. Air conditioning had a hard time keeping up but it was unusually hot for May when we were there. Overall, definitely recommend!
