This beautifully maintained 3rd floor (there is not elevator in the building) 1 bed 1 bath courtyard view condo features a Queen Bed in the bedroom and a Queen pullout Sleeper sofa in the living room, ultra-Grey washed laminate flooring in foyer, kitchen, baths and laundry room and throughout the living, dining area and bedroom. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. A nice size master bedroom, and master bathroom with garden tub. Screened lanai with drapes for privacy and outside parking in front of the unit. Note: We provide shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishes soap, toilet paper, paper towel, filtered water, Nespresso or other capsules, salt/pepper, sugar etc. complimentary for the first days of your stay/arrival. However, if you run out of any of these you have to buy it since everything was provided as a compliment to you (will not be replaced throughout your stay).

Guest access

Guest have the entire condo to themselves for maximum privacy. You will have private use of the entire condo and screened lanai/private balcony with palm/tree-lined views includes parking below and tropical landscaping. The entire condo is dedicated to you while you are there, shared pool area and gym.

I am attentive to my guests from the moment the reservation is confirmed until they return home. I'm only a phone call/message away. If something goes wrong during your stay text or call to my phone provided after booking complete.

Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Things to consider before booking -

"The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is not elevator in the building".

Important: HOA approval is required for all rentals, and bookings must be made at least 15 days before check-in.

I will help coordinate the HOA process, including the rental agreement, online application, and required fee. Guests must provide the requested information promptly so approval can be completed before arrival.

A $100 HOA application/background check fee applies to each adult age 18 and older.

We require a photo ID on the guest responsible for the booking in order to verify that the ID matches the profile and you meet my minimum age requirement. After reservation you must submit in message names of guests and photo copy of driver’s licenses or any other ID’s photo (submit photos of the front and back). For international guests, a passport is required in addition to any other forms of ID.

If you will have a vehicle during your stay, please provide such details such as car model and photo of license plate. All guest to pre register/before arriving for HOA approval. Additionally, car/light truck is allowed to park, model & license plate also required prior to check in (submit photos of the car/truck and tag).

We have two, actively recording ring doorbell camera overlooking the font door which records video and audio. These devices are on the exterior of the property.

PARKING: Follow parking rules as instructed. No commercial vehicles. The term "Commercial Vehicle" includes, but is not limited to, any Truck or van which displays a company name or logo on the exterior". No trailers, boats/trailer, or habitable motor vehicles of any nature shall be parked in a parking overnight (or more than - 4 - hours). All vehicles to be parked on the premises shall be registered with the Association.

***IMPORTANT*** Replacement Cost for Lost Key Fob***
As part of your reservation, we've provided a key fob that grants access to the community amenities. Please ensure you keep it secure during your stay.​ In the event the key fob is lost or not returned, there is a replacement fee of $150. This fee covers the cost of reprogramming and replacing the fob. Should this situation arise, the fee will be processed through the Vrbo Resolution Center.
