- HOUSE DESCRIPTION -
Welcome to our Sunny Fort Myers 3 bed/ 2 bath home located in San Carlos Park neighborhood. Our home can comfortably sleep 6-8 people and is ideal for family vacations or group getaways.

The kitchen has many different amenities and is equipped with stainless steel appliances to help prepare a delicious family meal or craft a delightful cup of coffee or tea. Dining room table comfortably seats 6 and is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen so you will not miss the smell of the morning coffee or a delicious hot breakfast.

The oversized master bedroom features a queen bedroom as well as a full size couch where you can unwind and watch your favorite show on a smart TV or peacefully read a book. Other bedrooms have a queen bed and 2 double beds respectively. Each room has remote controlled light fixtures and a fan to keep you feeling comfortable in any season.

The home also has 2 full bathrooms with a master bathroom having extra space to prepare for a day out and is nicely updated with a new bathroom vanity and a beautiful glass shower with a rainfall shower-head.

The outdoor space is divided into 2 sections. As soon as you step outside the house you will enter a screened in lanai where you can have a nice family dinner while enjoying Florida sunsets. Second area has a section where you can grill, play games, hang out under the oversized umbrella, or enjoy the calmness of a fire pit on those crispy refreshing Florida evenings.
