Overlooking Estero Bay, The Palms 1B is an A+ rated island beauty of a vacation home that will serve as an ideal getaway for two lucky adult guests (no children please). This absolutely fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath air-conditioned, corner condo offers large accommodations that give guests plenty of room to spread out and relax. Professionally decorated with coastal furnishings and artwork, this gorgeous condo is outfitted with loads of special items to make your vacation experience the best ever. Nearly every room in the living space enjoys a breathtaking view of the Bay!

BEST FEATURE OF THIS AMAZING VACATION CONDO IS THE WRAP-AROUND SCREENED IN LANAI. Beyond the living area through sliding glass doors is the fantastic Screened in Lanai offering spectacular water views of the Bay and the boats running by on their way out to the Gulf. Exquisite patio furniture allows for outdoor dining and entertaining - comfortable sofas, a HUGE TV, a wine fridge, and a gorgeous table and chairs for 6. There's even an oversized hanging swing chair that's sure to be your favorite spot to relax for hours reading a book or just watching the dolphins play and the boats go by on their way out to the Gulf. Nothing like this magnificent, million dollar waterfront view! And there's nothing like a tropical breeze to put your mind at ease!

The beautiful, professionally designed, open concept Living area includes comfy sofas and chairs, and flat screen TV for your enjoyment after a day of fun in the sun. The Dining Area has a lovely table for 6, a wine rack, a side buffet table and built in china cabinet. The thoughtfully designed, fully equipped kitchen offers all the extra's including a full complement of brand new appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. Custom cabinetry and marble countertops make food prep a dream. Small touches like remote controlled shades and TV make all the difference!

The large Master Bedroom En Suite has been professionally decorated and features a King Sized Bed dressed in designer linens, its own flat screen TV for late night viewing, its own fabulous view of the Bay, private Lanai access, a lovely Walk In Closet, and Master Bath En Suite with a large vanity with marble countertop and Walk In Shower.

At the opposite end of the condo, there's a wonderful Guest Bedroom - with a Queen Sized Bed and a Daybed - both dressed with custom designed linens to accommodate your overnight guests. The Guest Bedroom also has its own TV, making a total of 5 TVs in this condo. Next door is a lovely Guest Bath with a shower/tub combination. Both the Master and Guest Bedrooms have remote controlled shades

For your convenience, there is an in-unit, full sized washer and dryer - clean clothes and towels throughout your stay and no need to travel home with dirty laundry. There's cable TV service; free WiFi to better look up our area attractions - all kinds of waters sports, fishing, dolphin tours, shell collecting, local movie theaters, shopping, bars, restaurants and night spots; a secured lobby; building elevator takes you to your elevated 1st Floor Corner Condo; and ample on-site parking, including one covered assigned spot. The outside storage closet found next to your front door houses beach chairs and a beach umbrella which you can take on your short walk down to the beach.

The Palms is an exclusive, beautifully maintained complex that sits directly on the Bay. The Palms Amenities include a Clubhouse with a FABULOUS Resort Sized Heated Pool and an expansive area full of lounge chairs for sun bathing and table and chairs for picnics by the pool. The property is a feast for the eyes with beautifully manicured tropical gardens. There is a shuffleboard court by the Pool Area, and a BBQ grill with a picnic table that sits on the Bay side with a fabulous view. Guests of The Palms are also treated to access to "The Commons" area which boasts brand new Tennis/Pickleball courts, bocci ball court and walking trails. The Palms is located on the quiet, southern end of the island in the exclusive Bay Beach area. Bay Beach Lane residents and guests enjoy their own private beach access (quick walk) to the seven miles of pristine, white sands of Fort Myers Beach and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. And walking distance to Santini Marina Plaza (which is scheduled to open January 2025), with restaurants, bars, shopping, and a Marina.
