Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains offre une vue pittoresque toute l'année sur la plage, le golfe du Mexique, la baie de Matanzas et les environs! Situé à l'extrémité nord calme et populaire de Fort Myers Beach, cette unité de 7e niveau (dernier étage) a du carrelage dans tout le salon principal, ce qui ouvre la voie à de nombreuses fonctionnalités mises à jour! La cuisine entièrement équipée dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour prolongé ou une courte escapade! La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit king-size, tandis que la chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles, permettant à cette unité d'accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Ce condo comprend également une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité, ainsi qu'un parking privé couvert pour assurer un séjour sans tracas!

This property is gorgeous and we would totally go back and stay again! But here are some things that to do need addressed. The shower head in the master bathroom needs tightened or replaced. It came loose multiple times and my husband was able to hand tighten it but it needs more secured than that. The master bed is so loud anytime you sit on it or roll over in the middle of the night you are waking each other up. I’m not sure if it’s the buddy board it’s on or what but that would definitely improve the sleeping experience for those in the master bedroom. Also for a five star experience it would be nice if the room provided some Keurig pods or coffees with condiments. The check in email does tell you to bring your own so they do give you a heads up on that but it would be nice to have some everyday condiments and coffees provided. Overall this is a great condo with a 5view and a 5location! Our family had a wonderful time.

I like to give constructive criticism. We loved the location, proximity to the beach, amenities. However the condo itself needed quite a bit of general maintenance. The sliding door was broken and could not be secured. The bathroom sink was slow draining. The dishwasher would not turn on. The guest bathroom toilet didn’t flush correctly. The primary bathroom shelves for soap broke when we set a bottle on them. They appeared to be glued before. There was only 1 beach chair so we purchased another and left it for the next guest. Great place and would stay again but clearly it needs some maintenance. Also the pillows are terrible. Very flat and uncomfortable.

Great location

The location was amazing! But a few things went wrong with the condo. The oversized curtain rod kept falling off the ceiling. Which was a hazard bc it almost hit my 5 year old on the way down. Construction next door would wake us up very early and would have been nice to know before booking. The sink faucet was loose and leaky and barely enough kitchen wares were supplied, ex. Dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. Otherwise a pretty good stay.

Great location

This was our first vacation trip to Fort Myers Beach. We usually stay on Sanibel but with Ian recovery, thought this would be a nice change. We were pleasantly surprised on how many fun restaurants and bars were open. There was continued construction to rebuild which we expected, so keep that in mind. Windows were being replaced while we were there which we were unaware of before getting there but Coastal Properties offered compensation for our inconvenience of noise. It “forced” us to be out to the beach early instead of enjoying coffee on the lanai. As far as location and property, it’s private on the grounds. Pink Shell is next door so there is a lot of activity there but really didn’t affect us and we enjoyed a drink at their beach bar. The grounds pool was nice to dip into after showering the sand off and before going to the room. The condo had everything you need with sunset views on the lanai and bay/sunrise views from the kitchen window and walkway. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning was great. Beach towels were provided but we reserved our beach chairs and umbrellas online. Get a wagon for convenience. The washer/dryer is a smaller one, so just be aware of that. Being here for the 4th of July was fun to see Sanibel fireworks and Ft Myers Beach fireworks on the beach in front of the condo. Overall, it’s a great place, just be aware of the possible construction for the next few weeks.

I will never rent from Costal Vacation Properties again! Shortly before our stay, we were told there would be some construction and there may be some loud noise and that we would be refunded 10% of our stay. 2 days into our 10 day stay we were told we had to leave our condo because they wanted to replace the windows and doors. We were told we could move the next morning. We didn’t want to leave but they gave us no option. Then they called back at 5 pm and said the room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be until the weekend. We told them we had family coming over the wknd but they would not let us wait until Monday to move. They told us they would refund us 100 but never did. When I asked about the refund I was told they had already refunded me a lot and would not honor the refund we were told we would get. This was the manager too. No one cared about the guest being inconvenienced and the staff, Laila especially, was very dismissive and would say things like “we offered to help you move.” There was so much stress, distraction, and phone calls from them at one point a staff member said “ I’m sorry to be calling you so much today.” There were 3 different times we got home and our keypad code didn’t work and we would have to call the office. The construction and the noise is so loud that they should not be renting out any of the condos at Beach villas right now.

Great location

Nice condo, beautiful view, loved the breezes on the lanai. Master bed was extremely firm and made a lot of noise when rolling over and getting in and out of bed. Also pretty high off the floor. All else was good. We enjoyed the pool even though it's small, it was never crowded during our stay. Walking on the beach was wonderful. A couple of faucet handles were very loose and some utensils handles were falling off.

The condo is decorated very well, rustic beach theme, but subtle. The kitchen has just about anything you would need if you choose to cook while on vacation, which I don't! The property management company is very responsive and helpful with any and all of your needs. We would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay

Place is great all around: great quiet area, place is relatively clean and relatively well updated. No complaints!One thing that I would warn about is that unlike many other Vrbo rentals, this pace doesn’t supply you with basics at the same level: you get 2 dishwashing packets in your welcome kit, no salt\pepper/etc.. not that it’s a bad thing (I actually prefer it with food items), but something to be aware of, so that when you go to cook your breakfast morning after arrival, and find that salt isn’t anywhere to be found, you wish you’d’ve known that when you went to grocery store night before. Dishwasher packets on the other hand.. those I wish they provided more of.

Great Location and View

Stayed for five nights. Really enjoyed the the ease of getting to the condo because you don’t have to deal with traffic going south. It’s close to what was Time Square/Pier and the restaraunts and shops are coming back. Right on the beach and great view and sunsets!The unit was clean and as advertised and we would stay there again.

Good condo

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with Coastal Properties was terrible. The email communication was great but on our day of check in Tropical Storm/Hurricane Debby was coming through Florida. So I called Coastal to ask about possible difficulties getting to the property. I called around 1030-1100 am and had to leave a message that assured me I would receive a return call. I never did. When we stopped at Coastal to check in as instructed in the email I was told abruptly I didn’t need to stop my car pass was in the Dropbox. Which it ended up not being there and the young lady had to write me a new one . Just very disappointed with lack of customer service. And it never feels good to made to felt like a nuisance. The condo was great. However if you like to sleep comfortably the fitted sheet does not fit the mattress in the primary bedroom. It is a very comfortable mattress but if my husband or I moved it popped off the bed. Seems like a very simple fix for the owners . Target has great sheet sets with deep pockets on their fitted sheets. Also sleeping in is difficult as maintenance will be blowing the floors starting around 9-10.

Great location

It is a great location! Nice esthetics/decor. Windows and sliding door in primary bedroom are tough to open, but once open - it was nice to listen to the ocean from bed. Also, turtle nesting starting May 1st. Renters will need to keep light from shining out at night.

We stayed for a few days, My first time there. The place had almost everything you could think want, They provided lots of towels and beach towels and assortment of soaps etc. Directions for TV easy and bed was comfy!

Wanted to Stay Forever

We stayed for the weekend (Fri-Mon) to attend my best friend's wedding. Arrived at night and made sure all the blinds were closed for the sea turtles. The next morning we were in awe of the view and enjoyed a cup of coffee in bed - no words. It was so beautiful. The thoughtful owners left us everything we needed for that first day so we didn't need to rush out to the store. Coffee, creamer, water, snacks..... Everything was very clean (and I'm particular). We saw a rainbow that morning during our walk on the beach and 6 manatees kindly swam with us with waves of hello. I know! it sounds like a dream. We had a wonderful time together and will definitely return. 09.23-26.2022 weekend just before Ian arrived.
