Welcome to your getaway at Santini House, a 7-bedroom, 7-bath duplex conveniently located on South Island on Fort Myers Beach. This spacious duplex offers enjoyable space for family or friends. The backyard living area boasts a large tiki hut to gather under, along with a new saltwater pool featuring a sun shelf and stone paver deck. Enjoy watching the kids swim in the pool while you relax in this amazing backyard—your favorite hangout spot. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. Downstairs, there's a master king bedroom with an attached walk-in shower bathroom, complete with a washer and dryer. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and an attached walk-in shower bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers two queen beds with an attached bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find another master king bedroom, two queen guest bedrooms, and a sixth bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundles—a perfect room for the kids. Comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests, both floors feature full kitchens, living rooms, and washer/dryers. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
