This lovely Gulf Front 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the desirable prime South Fort Myers Beach location! The balcony offers wonderful views of the swaying palm trees, the Resort Pool and Gulf of Mexico, perfect place to relax and enjoy that morning cup of coffee or that evening glass of wine. There is comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV in the living room. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar to sit and plan your day at the beach! There's also a full dining table for four. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, and a TV, while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. WIFI is provided in the condo. For your convenience, there is a laundry facility in the building and two elevators.

Leonardo Arms features a private heated pool that overlooks the emerald, green waters of the Gulf; BBQ area for grilling; and 7 miles of gorgeous white sandy beach where you can do some shell collecting, bird watching, dolphin watching, fishing, or just embrace the laid-back Florida lifestyle and soak up the sun on your morning walk. Other amenities include ample on-site parking and on-site laundry facilities. Leonardo Arms is conveniently situated within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a drug store and the Fish Tale Marina with boat rentals. The island trolley will stop and pick you up and take you to Lover's Key State Park or the other end of the island.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and Leonardo Arms as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald Gulf waters.
