What a great place

We had a large group and this home worked very well for us. Lots of room to spread out. Only a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the pier and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice summer getaway

I booked this property as our last summer getaway before school starts for the kids. Took the whole family which included our small French Bulldog. The house is nicely distributed among its 6 bedrooms. The best part of the house was the indoor pool. The kids absolutely loved it. The house itself is a bit warm during the day. The air conditioning doesn’t properly cool the whole house. It was fine at night, but the days are very warm inside. The property manager, Phillip was great. We contacted him because the propane tanks were empty and he quickly passed by and dropped new ones off. The beach is at the end and across the street. We saw dolphins swim by from the dock as well. Overall, it was a nice getaway with the family we all enjoyed.

Amazing space for all ages

This house was everything I could’ve asked for for my family vacation. Since there were 12 of us, iit was nice that there was enough rooms for us to be apart when we wanted alone time and together for meals and game night. Walking distance from the beach is super important for us, especially those older who can’t walk a long way - this is perfect as it’s so close. When it got super hot, we jumped in the indoor pool, which was so refreshing. Highly recommend.

Awesome House

House was very large with tons of stuff to do. The dock was perfect to dock our 27ft boat that we rented. Outdoor patio was great to unwind and have a few drinks. Kids loved the game room. Just a 5 minute walk to beach and restraints. Highly recommend.

Magical Waterfront Home

Everything about this property was amazing. My family and tag-along friends stayed here during our spring break. Six teenagers, one MIL, and two parents! We had room for all of to spread out. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to eat at. The two master suites on the main floor were great for the adults and easily accessible (only managed four steps to get in). The kids loved the indoor pool, the dock was a great place to swim, fish and relax! The outdoor seating area was a great place to hang out at night with all the cute lighting and the porch was an amazing place to watch the sunrise! The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to travel to both ends of the island with ease. The homeowners and their manager responded quickly when we had a small leak upstairs. I would recommend this home over and over again!

Great place on Fort Meyers Beach

This place was great. Nice indoor pool, great game room, we caught fish from the private dock and enjoyed using the kayaks. It was also just a short walk to the beach. Our group of 10 had a wonderful week.

Great Spot!

The Mid Island home is a phenomenal property! You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s a 3-4 minute stroll to beach access and the main road to get to all that the area has to offer! The home itself is tucked down a quiet culdesac, so even though your right next to everything it seems like your secluded on your own island! The kitchen is well supplied and the home overall is comfortable and beautiful. All of the meds were comfortable and facilities were tidy. The kids loved the indoor pool which at its deepest point is nearly 6ft. There is a security gate around it to keep the kiddos out while watchful eyes can’t be around. Our dishwasher did go out but it was fixed the next day and it was completely hassle free to get ahold of the property manager. The dock is well maintained and offers a great sitting area and some quality fishing! I could go on and on about the property but will wrap it up. Our family vacation included a large family and multiple kids. We would go back again without a second thought!

The Perfect Family Vacation

Our Family of 13 just returned from the BEST Family Vacation at the Mid Island Andre Mar House! We had 8 adults ranging in ages from 21 - 54 and 5 children ranging in ages 6 - 10. The set-up of the house couldn't have been more perfect! The kids and adults alike enjoyed the Indoor Pool. We used it every morning, most days and every night before bed. We were a bit nervous with it being indoor, but it was a wonderful break from the sun. The Dock was also a huge plus for us!! We fished from the dock several mornings and evenings and the kids were excited when they'd catch a fish. We also had a Manatee visit us every morning and evening. We watched Dolphins jump and the sunrise was outstanding! One day we rented a pontoon boat from Salty Sams and were able to pull up to our dock to gather some refreshments and for the kids to use the restroom which was very convenient. The young adults enjoyed the Game Room and we sat in the evenings playing family card games. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the grill is conveniently located by the kitchen. The Walk to beach took us 7 minutes (my 10 year old timed it. haha) and was a lot less busy than the main beach. We will 100% rent this home again! Also, Roland was easy to reach and very helpful! We all cried when we had to leave... the memories will last a lifetime!

Awesome stay beautiful home.

First and foremost I want to thank the homeowners for having my family at your beautiful Home. The location is absolutely perfect. When arriving the home has a tropical feel. If at the end of a court and really gives you a secluded feel. Open the front door and boom just as the pictures show. Our young children Especially loved the pool and fishing off the very large dock. They also liked chasing lizards around trying to catch them. We rented a boat that had no problem fitting on the dock. The calm no wake zone made easy.. We had 3 families and 2 grand parents. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The adults liked the patio off the side of the house in the evenings. The landscaping really gives it a Caribbean resort vibe. We would for sure visit again. Plenty of towels and kitchen stuff you would need. I have no real negatives to talk about at all.

A hidden vacation gem

This hidden gem was the perfect vacation home for our family. We had 6 boys with us ranging from 7-15 yrs old and they were so entertained the whole week— from the fun in the game room, fishing on the dock, searching for lizards and swimming in the pool, there was always something to do! I loved that it was away from the beach but only a 5 minute walk away. We had peaceful mornings & evenings watching the boats go by and watching for dolphins and we think we even spotted a manatee. The house itself was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor patio was great in the evenings as well. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot and we would stay again in the future. Roland and Bev were great with anything we needed. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. A family vacation we will never forget!

Great stay

This house was pretty much as described. A very large home with indoor pool. I would have preferred the pool to be outdoors but I was blessed with beautiful weather..I can see if the weather wasn't so nice it would be awesome. The pool was very clean and warm. There was lots of space to move around and enjoy togetherness or alone time. Proximity to Publix and restaurants was great. The beach was a short walk away. Traffic was a little crazy at times on the main road but the house is tucked away on a quiet cul de sac. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great WFH getaway

This is a unique property and perfect for today's world. There is enough space for multiple WFH/remote school locations and strong broadband speeds to support. To top it all off, the ability to hop in the indoor pool or take a boat out from the dock for some quick fishing on a break makes this house unbeatable. There is a 2x weekly farmers market at the corner, which is also great. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time.

Wonderful Family Rental

This property is perfect for a large group. It is centrally located to beach, Publix, and restaurants while being very private. The heated indoor pool and game room were amazing. The house was clean and well equipped. We would stay there again.

Fabulous home would definitely stay here again.

Our group of family and friends had a wonderful time! The home was in a great location, close to restaurants. Very close to beach. Had lots of room to spread out but still be together. The guys fished off the dock and watched dolphins. The game room and pool were a great addition. Owner was very easy to work with and friendly. We would absolutely recommend this home!

Great Value for Everything offered

We loved a lot about this property. There is a full size swimming pool inside, with a jet spa section (not a hot tub!) which they clarify. The have accordion doors in the pool area that open out onto the river/causeway, which is amazing. The boat dock area was very nice, beach wasn't far and was nice. We rented a golf cart for the week and that made it easier to ride around and also take everything we needed to the beach. The beach supplies (umbrella's, 4 wheel cart, chairs, toys, floats etc were the best I have had since using VRBO) We really appreciated this. Plenty of hoses to spray items off too. Screened in full porch on the back of the house was really great. The outside porch and the huge area outside the master bathroom was amazing to have. Especially if you have a big group. Game room is well stocked as shown and perfect. Vegetation and landscaping is really great too. I had passed over this a few times because of price versus the bedrooms/bathrooms. We love the amount of bedrooms/bathrooms, I was worried it was underpriced for a reason. This is a new property that is a work in progress. For the price nightly of the stay, and everything you get with this, it's well worth it for any family, especially a big one. There was only 5 of us, but this could easily accommodate 20-25 people if you want a nice family vacation with plenty of room. The bedrooms can only accommodate 13 people, but there are also 7 couches that could easily hold another 7, or multiple little kids. This home is a little dated, you feel like Miami Vice from the 1980's when you walk in, but it's pretty cool. And they are working to improve it too. But the beds in the bedrooms are amazing and I had the best sleep I have had in forever. Also the AC for the whole home, was amazing. There wasn't a hot room in the home and we had 90+ degree weather the whole time we were there. Which is rare for a home this size. The property manager is super nice and responds right away. The owners are as well. We really enjoyed our vacation using this home. Again this is a great property for individuals on a budget that need a ton of space and want a private pool to swim in, no matter what the weather is outside. Plus it's pet friendly. We really enjoyed our time and everything this home offers. It's also on a quiet street not far from downtown FMB area. There is a grocery store less than a mile away and everything you need on the island.

Highly recommend staying here!

This house checks all the boxes for what you look for while on vacation. The pool, boat dock, game room, grill.. Not to mention just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

Outstanding Vacation

This house is so special and unique! Wonderful location on the bay with a large dock! Only a short walk to the beach. The indoor pool was so useful when it was raining outside! Beautiful property! All the amenities are at your disposal. The property manager went above and beyond taking care of all of our needs! I cannot thank Phillip enough for all he did for us! We will definitely be back.

Would definitely stay again

My group was the first renters for this new property. There were a few issues with the house do to it just being purchased. The owners were great and did all necessary repairs while we were out and about so every repair was smooth and didn’t effect us, Roland is a great guy and made our stay very simple. Oh and the indoor pool came in very handy after being in the sun all day....
