Welcome to Delmar Avenue. This is a brand new three-bedroom, two-bath private stilt home with a heated swimming pool and luxurious furnishings on a nicely landscaped lot that is close to the beach and back bay, conveniently located near the Sky Bridge to the mainland yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will love the location of this home. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you at the end of Delmar at the deeded beach access right across Estero Blvd. A short 3-4 minute walk will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities of this vacation destination include a heated swimming pool in a back yard with a privacy fence, an outdoor shower poolside, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi, all towels and linens, and private laundry. There is ample off-street parking and two covered spaces beneath the home.

Enter this vacation home via steps to an open, nicely furnished, and covered front deck with ceiling fans, then through the front door into the open plan living, dining, and kitchen areas with volume ceilings. There is ceramic tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight and has plenty of cabinets and quartz counter space with tile backsplash. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top five-burner range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, as well as a pull-out freezer drawer. A large quartz-top island has a dishwasher and European-style stainless steel sink with a disposal on the kitchen side with four padded bar stools on the dining and living area side. Everything is available to prepare full-course meals if so desired, just bring the food! The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, which flows nicely into the living area with a sofa and matching loveseat on an area rug with accent tables and lamps. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is off the hallway leading to the bedrooms.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands, and lamps, a five-drawer chest with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and two closets, one of which is a large walk-in. The en suite bath is accessed through a pocket door. There is a quartz vanity with dual lavatories, a full wall mirror and storage space beneath, a commode niche, and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with a river rock floor and glass door. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a tall triple dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a tall double dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The adjacent hallway guest bathroom has a quartz vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors.

On the lower level, there is secure access to the backyard with a privacy fence and heated swimming pool, a covered lanai with a paved deck, outdoor furnishings, a gas grill, and a poolside shower.

This house is very beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in staying in Ft Meyers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We met a lot of locals and they were very friendly people. We plan on coming back and staying there next year. We loved Ft Meyers!

Nice property. Had what we needed and fantastic location to the beach and easy walk to the center area. Outdoor fans didn’t work on porch or backyard. Ants and flies were a nuisance but comfortable beds. Nicely updated.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway trip . It had everything we needed and more . Plenty of space , nice accommodations , lovely porch and pool area. It was a wonderful stay . 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect ! Garage spot underneath was great and felt secure and safe . Overall a wonderful vacation spot !

House was located on a quiet street. The beach access was directly down the street and across Estero Blvd which was very easy. We rented bikes and road to Mom's food truck, and to Times Square. We liked the house, it was clean and pretty. The slats on the primary bedroom king bed broke, we called the next day, they put in a work order but they didn't come to fix it while we were there. The mattress was falling down. We could sleep in the 3rd bedroom, so it wasn't a problem to us. Just unfortunate we couldn't sleep in the bedroom that was attached to our bathroom. The warm pool in January was nice and the warm outdoor shower was great to use after being at the beach.

We really enjoyed the property and where it was located. The only thing was when maintenance and the pool guy showed up and we did not know they were coming and had to get out of the pool and take our baby inside. Other than that everything was great! Looked just like the photos posted and communication was great!

This home seemed brand new and spotless. We could walk or bike to almost everything we were interested in. The pool was super warm and we cooked out on the grill for Super Bowl Sunday. The upper porch was a fantastic place to drink your morning coffee and relax. Instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We would stay in this exact home again.

This is a beautiful new house and decorated very well. My kids enjoyed the pool and loved the location to the beach. Coastal Vacations was very responsive to call/texts. This may be a yearly destination based on our first experience and I’m looking into investing or buying with this group. Very impressed overall.

My family had a wonderful vacation at this property! We had everything we needed aside from the groceries, and a quick trip to Publix solved that! We enjoyed having the pool, and also having the option of walking to the ocean just at the end of the street! The house is perfectly located and beautifully decorated. My kids said it was our best vacation yet! I will say, there are neighborhood raccoons that were quite determined to get into the trash, so maybe securing the cans somehow would be useful going forward!
