Located on the beautiful and quiet southern end of the island, Sand Caper sits on the beach side of Estero Boulevard and boasts a large pool which invites you to swim or just soak up the sun. There is a sandy walking path through the preserve straight to the beach. Every opportunity to enjoy warm, sun-filled days walking the miles of white sand beach and relaxing by the water, Sand Caper 201 is a lovely 2nd floor 2B/2B condo with a Screened In Lanai to offer guests a comfortable outdoor space to relax and take in the sea breezes. The large Master Bedroom En Suite has a Queen sized bed, its own TV and its own Lanai entrance. Master Bath has a large vanity and Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds and a Full Guest Bath right next door. The open living area has comfortable seating to enjoy a large flat screen TV and a large dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher, and all dishware and cookware. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the unit, free in-unit Wifi, a secured lobby, building elevators and ample on-site parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Amenities of Sand Caper include a BBQ Grill Area and a Resort Sized Heated Pool and Sundeck. Best of all is the beachfront in your backyard...walk the sandy path to water's edge!

Sand Caper has been hard at work to make the complex beautiful again with an atrium open to the sky with tropical foliage in the center of the building and a brand new pool, pool house, and picnic area. They are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation condo is inspected prior to your arrival.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. Sand Caper is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to many shops and restaurants in Santini Plaza. The beach trolley also stops right outside this community which will take you to Lover's Key or up to Times Square. Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.
