This lovely 1 Bedroom/1 Bath condo is furnished with island style! There's a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances - including that oh-so-important dishwasher - and cookware, dishware, toaster, blender, and coffee maker to make fixing meals a breeze. Down the hall is the large Full Bath with a Shower/Tub combo and two entrances - one from the hall for guests and one from the Master Bedroom for you. At the end of the hall is the Master Bedroom featuring a King-sized Bed, its own TV, a walk in closet and its own separate vanity with sink.

Best of all, there's a wonderful Screened In Lanai with gorgeous water views. Relax for hours out on the Lanai and watch the boats go by on their way out to the Gulf. The condo is located on the first floor, so you can walk right out to the docks and boardwalk lining the canal from your Lanai's screened door. Inside, the open floor space for the Living/Dining Area benefits from the beautiful sunlight streaming in from the Lanai and the water can be seen from nearly every room. Living Room has comfy furniture (including a sleeper sofa to sleep two) and a nice flat screen TV. Dining table has seating for four.

The condo is located on the first floor, but there are some steps to the front door. It offers a better waterfront view with a walk out screen door that can take you to the boardwalk along the Bay and the picnic and BBQ area. The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just a short walk from the tranquility of the beachfront preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just down the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
