  • Mise à jour et très propre et l'un des meilleurs endroits de l'île! Une rue assez résidentielle à un pâté de maisons du centre-ville de Fort Myers Beach! À distance de marche de tout, pas besoin de voiture pour profiter de tout ce que Fort Myers Beach a à offrir! À seulement 100 mètres de la baie de Matanzas et de la marina de Moss, où la location de bateaux et les bordereaux sont disponibles à la location. Très proche à pied de tout, plage, Times Square, bars, boutiques, restaurants! Profitez de votre arrière-cour avec votre belle piscine ou faites une courte promenade et parez-vous en parachute ascensionnel, bronzez, faites du jet ski, pêchez au large de la jetée, observez des dauphins ou des oiseaux, admirez le coucher du soleil ou le lever du soleil ou tout ce que vous voulez, ce sont vos vacances! Vous pouvez louer un vélo ou un bateau à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons et faire des promenades matinales directement sur la plage!
    Il y a 2 unités disponibles à cet endroit (loué séparément, si vous êtes intéressé à louer toute la maison, veuillez vous renseigner sur les prix spéciaux!) Cette liste est pour l'unité au 2ème étage, "Bonita Sol" qui dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert spacieux avec accès direct à la piscine et à la cour arrière clôturée. Cette unité, comme l'unité inférieure, a été entièrement rénovée avec de nouveaux sols en carreaux de céramique et meublées confortablement. Le coin cuisine a de nouveaux appareils et accessoires et est livré avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas à la maison ou au bord de la piscine. Chaque unité est équipée d'une cafetière goutte à goutte et d'un Keurig, il suffit d'apporter votre propre café. Là. s espace salle à manger disponible à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Il y a plein de chaises autour de la piscine pour vous, votre famille et vos amis! Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi super rapide (150 Mbps), il y a une télévision de 32 pouces dans le salon et dans chaque chambre équipée de Direct TV Now, offrant toutes les chaînes nationales et locales, HBO, Netflix et Amazon Prime vidéo. Chaque chambre offre 1 lit queen et une pièce pour ranger vos vêtements et vos affaires. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon et un futon double dans la véranda. Vous avez également votre propre buanderie privée avec utilisation gratuite de laveuse et sécheuse.

Excellent location and wonderful pool

Amazing location, walk to everywhere by town square, and back bay. The back yard was everything that we hoped for. I especially liked the room overlooking the pool area and could see to old San Carlos Blvd.

We were very impressed with the property. It was clean, within walking distance to everything and the the private pool was awesome. The host, Leah, was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider a return visit in the future.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Leah is an incredible host and her place is just as incredible! Prime location walking distance from absolutely anything you could want or need (restaurants, stores, the BEACH!!)The pool is secluded enough for privacy but still gets all the sunshine Leah was attentive and made sure we were able to reach her if we needed anything at all. Over all we had an amazing stay and look forward to coming back.

Great location

This is the 2nd time that we have booked this location. Easy walk to Old San Carlos and Beach or Back Bay. The Pool area is wonderful, clean and well maintained. We love the sun porch on the upper unit.

Girl’s time

3 generations-Amma, daughter and 5 yo granddaughter for lil long wknd get away. Perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants, beach, etc. Used Uber for airport transfers & Walmart delivery for a few groceries. Check in/out was perfect and Leah was very helpful, kind, and gracious. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation

Leah, the owner was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. The property is well kept, and the heated pool is clean and the outdoor area is clean and spacious! The location is absolutely perfect. Blocks from the beach and to all the open bars/restaurants. Highly recommend this vacation rental! I’m certain we will rent again. Thank you Leah!

Felt like home.

Firstly, the owner was amazing. We had a change of plans and arrived a day earlier than planned, and she rushed to get the house ready for us. The condo was clean and had everything our kids needed. Leah goes out of her way to provide whatever you might need. There were chairs and a wagon to take to the beach which was incredibly helpful. There were beach towels etc. The pool was awesome and clean. We will definitely consider staying again!

Bonita St 2nd floor

Leah is a great hostess and property owner. Check in was great and the communication between Leah and us was fantastic. This beach house is in a great location, as you can walk to the beach and many outstanding restaurants. We look forward to coming back each year.

Wonderful Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It's convenient to everything and anything you can imagine. The pool was divine! It's a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean! The mattresses weren't the greatest, but certainly doable. If you're doing your own cooking, the kitchen has the basic things for simple meals. We grilled on the BBQ on the deck a couple of nights. I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thank you Leah for a truly relaxing vacation! ♥

We will definitely return to this property!

We loved this property! My family and I stayed for a week and it was truly home away from home. It was very clean, had a great pool, and had everything you would need for the beach (beach wagon, chairs, beach towels, toys, beach mat, coolers, umbrella). Not only that, but the location was amazing! It was a quick walk to tons of great restaurants, town square, and the beach. Leah was responsive and extremely easy to work with! We will definitely book here again!

Wonderful property. Smaller place but has everything you will need. The pool was amazing and the ability to walk everywhere made it super easy. We will be back.

This property is perfect!

We loved our stay. Location is great for a short walk (1/4 mile) to the beach or Times Square or restaurants. We brought our bikes and rode them all over. The pool is a great asset for the property - we used it every day - sometimes multiple times a day! Bedrooms were very nice. Temperature control works very well. Pull out couch and futon both make beds for additional guests. Dining area in kitchen is small, but with the outside tables and chairs it works just fine. Leah was great. We didn't really need anything, but she was quick to respond to our questions and I was so glad we got to meet her! This is perfect for family with kids or a get away for adults!

Great in many ways

Leah's property is ideally located a few blocks from the action of downtown Ft. Myers and the beach, but on a quiet street. It is small, and with 4 people it was kind of snug. But the weather was great and we spread out -- on the deck outside our door, around (and in) the pool. The sunroom was a bonus, as we used it as an extra bedroom so each of our teenaged kids had their own room. Leah was great and responded very promptly to questions about where to eat, etc. The pool was super nice and very clean, and there were plenty of chairs around it for lounging. The outdoor shower was a great touch, too--just steps from the pool. And she had tons of towels so we never ran out (plus, washing machine was right there to wash linens and clothes). Maybe one wish list item: it got dark pretty early, and we couldn't really eat as a family because there weren't lights near the table outside by the pool, which would've been great since there wasn't an eat-in kitchen. Next time maybe I would just bring some candles for the outside table! Great stay. Hated to leave.

Anniversary getaway

This property was exactly as posted. Close to times square and the beach, quiet neighborhood and well maintained. Everything we needed was supplied except a griddle, haha! Would agave made cooking breakfast much easier and fewer dishes! The one mishap we had (door code wouldn't work after being here a few days) the owner was immediately (within minutes!) responsive to my call and brought us a key! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Leah!
