The Primary Bedroom features a King bed with crisp linens, where coastal views and gentle breezes create the perfect retreat. There's a TV for late night viewing, a private lanai access and a gorgeous Primary Bath right next door. The newly remodeled Primary Bath has a Walk In Shower.

The larger bedroom is actually the Guest Bedroom with 2 Queen sized Beds, its own TV and private lanai access. It's the Guest Bedroom that has the spectacular En Suite Bath with double vanities and a Walk In Shower.

The maximum occupancy is 6. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

For your convenience, there is an in-condo laundry room with brand new full sized washer and dryer, free wireless internet, TV service, building elevators, secured lobby and on-site parking.

The impressive Creciente complex, a ribbon of three buildings which sit on several acres of the most sought after beachfront property on Florida's Gulf Coast, features tennis/pickleball court, a heated swimming pool, sauna, BBQ grills, billiards room, social room and a fitness center on its manicured grounds. These amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
