Amazing bay views can be enjoyed from every room in this fifth-floor condo. From the balcony, you’ll see boats and water-sports activities passing by throughout the day. Sit outside and take in the wide view of the bay, with fluffy clouds floating above, almost as if you could reach out and touch them. The resort is frequented by dolphins, manatees, stingrays, pelicans, pink flamingos, and herons — all visible right from the balcony. On the fifth floor, you can relax to the soothing sounds of the water and watch fishing along the shores and at the beautiful private beach right at the condo building. From the moment you check in, you’ll be greeted by the view from the balcony.

The full-size kitchen has been updated with new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven), cabinets, and a granite countertop. The bathroom vanity has also been updated with entirely new cabinets and a granite countertop. The condo sleeps four: a very comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom and a hotel-style queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a 65” TV in the living room and a 55” TV in the bedroom, both with 120+ DirecTV channels, plus high-speed internet and WiFi. A washer and dryer are in the unit. The condo is well appointed with most everything needed for your stay, including cookware, dishes, linens, a coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, towels, sheets, beach towels, and more.

On-site, you will experience a true resort atmosphere, with an large heated pool and spa, plus the award-winning restaurant and bar, Flipper’s On The Bay — the best on Fort Myers Beach, in our opinion — with spectacular views overlooking Estero Bay. Gas grills are available for cookouts. The private beach is right at the building. Lover’s Key State Park is only a short 15-minute walk across the street, with miles of pristine white-sand beach, hiking, bicycling, kayaking, fishing, shelling, picnicking, and tours.

Outside, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, fishing trips, golf courses, kayaking, parasailing, and boat and jet-ski rentals are all nearby. The Island trolley stops right by the resort entrance and runs the 7 miles of Fort Myers Beach, all the way to Times Square, with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and souvenir shops.
