Welcome to your very own private Florida family island getaway spot, an entire gorgeous, remodeled vacation home situated in the upscale, quiet neighborhood of Laguna Shores on Fort Myers Beach on a cul-de-sac, and on a canal that offers quick access to Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico through Big Carlos Pass. There's room for everyone to stay and experience the island lifestyle. Life is definitely better at the Beach! What really makes this vacation home exceptional, are the indoor and outdoor spaces specially designed to ensure a 'fun in the sun" vacation for your family. Bask in the warm Florida sunshine out on the sundeck patio surrounding the pool, enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, then relax on the covered Patio!

This 1,729 sq. ft. custom remodeled, air conditioned, Florida retro ranch home is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, trees, and foliage. Entry is up a paver-lined walkway through the front door into an open floor plan professionally designed in the unmistakable Florida style of coastal casual, every room has been outfitted with upscale features and brand new furniture. Luxury wood vinyl floor planking throughout, stylish new furniture, gorgeous remodeled kitchen and baths, with all Living Spaces opening up to a spectacular screened in patio, pool and the canal waterfront.

The Living Room has a comfortable reclining sofa and a HUGE TV, and to the right is the Dining Area with a table for 4 with a Breakfast Bar with 4 bar stools next to it - so seating for 8 to dine. There's the spacious and FABULOUS new Kitchen with white granite countertops, new appliances and cabinetry that make it a pleasure to entertain. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all dinnerware, tableware and cookware. From the Kitchen you go directly into the Laundry Room with a full sized Washer and Dryer - no going home with dirty laundry - a wash sink AND access to the Pool!

Best of all, the Living Room and Dining Area feature expansive sliding glass doors that go out to the covered and completely Screened In Patio and the gorgeous, solar heated private Pool. The Patio is nicely furnished lots of chairs and table for relaxing and dining al fresco with a ceiling fan above. A BBQ gas grill is there too for your use. Beyond the Pool and Patio Area there are paver-lined sidewalks down both sides to the covered dock with boat lift. The scenery is full of tropical and colorful foliage, Florida birds and calm canal waters can bring you dolphins and manatees. There's relaxation and fond memories in store for you as a result of your stay.

Seahorse House has room for EVERYONE! There's sleeping accommodations for 10 people with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths. The Bedrooms are split for privacy. Bedroom 1 has a Queen Sized Bed with a brand new mattress, a ceiling fan, its own TV and private patio/pool access. Bath 1 is right next door to Bedroom 1 and has been beautifully remodeled with gorgeous double sinks, cabinetry and tiled Tub/Shower Combo. Bedroom 2 is comfortably furnished with a Queen Sized Bed, its own TV and an En Suite Bath. The En Suite Bath has also been completely remodeled with new vanity and a large tiled Walk In Shower. At the opposite side of the house is Bedroom 3, the "Bunk Room" so young guests can have their own hangout spot. The Bunk Room is a HUGE room with a King Sized Bed, a Bunk Bed with 2 single beds, a comfortable Sleeper Sofa and its own large TV. Plenty of room for the kids. Everything is brand new in the Bunk Room and there is a private entrance from the Driveway. Also completely remodeled, Bath 3 features a new vanity and a fabulously HUGE Walk In Shower. Bath 3 is connected to the Bunk Room and the hallway with easy access to the Pool. All the Bedrooms have ample closet space.

And when we say EVERYONE, we mean EVERYONE! Seahorse House is a pet friendly home that welcomes your pet dog. No one in the family has to be left behind when you go on vacation.

PLEASE NOTE: PET ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL BY OWNER. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $250 PET FEE WHICH MAY BE COLLECTED AFTER YOU BOOK. GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PET. ANY GUEST WHO BRINGS A PET WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.

Seahorse House offers free WiFi and cable TV service. There is a STRICT no smoking policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Seahorse House sits in the quiet, residential south end of the island. Due to its unique location at the tip of the island, and proximity to Estero Boulevard, just across the Boulevard is one of the country's top rated beaches - 7 miles of sugar white sand beach and turquoise blue waters of the Gulf where you can enjoy any number of water activities - fishing, parasailing, wave runner rentals, shelling, dolphin tours and sunset cruises - to name a few .

If you love the beach, you won't find a better vacation home for your family to make cherished memories. Sun, sand and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run, play at all kinds of water sports...and don't miss our world famous sunsets!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of leaving the island from the South Bridge by way of Bonita Beach Road rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. RSW International Airport is about a 25 -30 minute drive, and Naples and its fine shopping and restaurants are also within an easy 30-40 minute drive. If you wish to leave the car behind, a short walk takes you to a trolley stop along Estero Boulevard that runs north to Old San Carlos and Times Square, and then runs south to the Lovers Key State Park and its pristine beaches.
