This property is a duplex. The second floor is in the rental program, while the third floor is for the owner. The only shared space is the driveway, and you are welcome to use the garage for parking. The pool and spa are located on the ground level. The living quarters are located on the second level.
This is a 3 story home, but only the first two levels are available for guest use.

This place is amazing.. steps off the beach.. as advertised. Very clean, very well furnished.. perfect for that family getaway. Owners were present and very pleasant. Management was available for any/all questions etc.. Will definitely be booking this one again in the near future.

Every detail of this stunning property exudes luxury! Amazing views, plush furniture & beds, master suite has a spa-like bathroom, TV’s in every room, elegant decor in every room, starting with the foyer. All the wall art & furnishings are high-end. Loved the shaded pool and hot tub. There is nothing overlooked or sub-par about this place. Truly a masterpiece of architecture and style. We would not want to stay anywhere else on FMB!

Our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 teens) had an amazing stay at Beach Breeze! The property is beautifully and comfortably decorated and had pretty much everything we could have wanted. The kitchen is very well appointed with top of the line appliances and plenty of dishes and glasses. The elevator was a huge perk for bringing in luggage and groceries. The Gulf was pretty murky due to the construction happening to shore up the causeway, but the pool had everything we could have needed. Huge bonus that it's under the house and shaded - we had some brutally hot days but there was always shade and a breeze down there and we took full advantage. The management company was great to work with and the owners were extremely nice. I've not been home a week yet and I'm still missing that beautiful view!

Got in just before tropical storm/hurricane Debbi hit. Sunday was very rainy and windy. Rest of week was very very nice. That said property was just as advertised. Very beautiful and well equipped. The only thing is the air conditioning in living area was not working the best. I think the extreme humidity from the storm was a factor.

The owners have thought of everything to make your stay amazing. The house is beautiful, bright, clean, the rooms are oversized, loads of seating, dreamy kitchen, beds are heavenly. There are outside games, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, even a beach wagon to carry it the very short distance to the water’s edge. We loved Beach Breeze!!

This home checks all the boxes for a 5 star rental property. The view and comfort are all first class. Responsive and helpful management company with an easy check-in and out process. Loved the new pool and spa. Traffic in FMB is tough but Publix is only a mile away and there is even a great little taco truck within walking distance. Highly recommend. Kitchen could use some hot pads/gloves - but that's just picking nits - this is an amazing home that is serviced by a wonderful management company. I would note that it is a duplex which isn't quite clear on the listing but it lives like a single family home with all the privacy expected in such. 5 stars.

This house is absolutely immaculate. The couches, beds, chairs are hard to leave behind because they are so comfortable, but the immense view from the balcony is enough motivation. It is conveniently located across from 7-11 and up the road from CVS and Publix. The beach runs East-West as opposed to north-south which makes the sky colors fantasy-like during sunset. We had the fortune of meeting the owners briefly while staying there and they could not have been more inviting or warmer. We loved it!

We were able to fit our entire family and enjoyed our stay so much! The house was just fabulous! What a great floorpan and setup for a large family. The decor was lovely. We loved the location and really it was simply delightful! The only thing I could critique is there were no bathmats for the showers. I am not a fan of bathroom rugs so loved that those were not everywhere but a bathmat outside of the shower would be fab! Thank you for everything! Great memories were made!

The home was absolutely stunning and incredibly comfortable. It was also very private for being so close to downtown. There is a private little sand area behind the house which was wonderful for our grandson. The beds were very comfortable and the family room had plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped with everything you might need. We loved the elevator which was a huge help with all our luggage and it also allowed us to have my husband’s elderly parents come to visit because they cannot walk up stairs. The toilet broke in the room my son stayed in and within a few hours they had someone come to fix it. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in a very private and beautiful home that is right on the beach.
