    The Space:

    The pool has been recently resurfaced and is ready for your use!



    This 4-bedroom home is very elegant and spacious, providing for wonderful family gatherings. The open concept has windows across the entire bay side of the home, providing water views that will take your breath away from the kitchen, dining area, family room, and other gathering areas. The ground level has one bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is another half bath on the ground level near the pool. On the main level there is one bedroom with a trundle bed and two twins as well as a beautiful attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The top level has two master suites each with queen beds and attached bathrooms.

    Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.



    Enjoy the 137-foot boat dock for fishing or lounging about over the water, watch day or night to see dolphins and plenty of tropical birds. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and magnificent to behold in person. The home is located on the only private gated peninsula of the island, and is just a short walk to the white sandy beach. This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

    Also close by are shops and restaurants, plus a fully equipped kitchen for your own home cooking. The property also includes an enclosed garage for your car.

    This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Wonderful stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time at the Widgeon Rd home. The place is clean, well laid out, spacious enough for all and we'll cared for. The pool is nicely maintained. We fished from the dock and caught sea trout, catfish, and a shark. Very peaceful neighborhood. Easy access. The staff at Tripower are very easy to work with! Thank you!
