A stunning 5 Bedroom home with plenty of gathering space and a very large pool overlooking the water way that leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. You will love this home for its luxe amenities, location being a short drive to Fort Myers Beach, and ease of access to the many great restaurants and shopping centers within Fort Myers.

The upper level of the home features a full kitchen with a walk-out balcony, living room, and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, bedroom #3 has two twin beds, and these rooms share the hallway bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sunroom attached to the master bedroom that has a slider door to the patio above the pool.

The lower level of the home has many great features including 2 additional bedrooms, more fun gathering spaces, and another fully equipped kitchen that opens to be an indoor/outdoor bar! The inside bar has access to kitchen appliances and a TV while the outside bar has stools to relax in after spending time in the pool. Roll up the shutter and you can enjoy both areas at the same time! Each of the lower bedrooms have a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The living room area has a large comfy couch, bigger TV and shuffleboard.

The large pool area and outdoor gathering spaces provide plenty of room for cookouts and activities, including fishing off the dock. There is also a half bathroom located on the back of the home for easy access from the pool deck. Please note, the pool and hot tub are both HEATED. The hot tub will melt away all your worries and the kids will enjoy the pool slide for hours! Even at night, the pool deck can be enjoyed as it’s equipped with many fun lights.

This place is perfect for boaters! Although the boat lifts are NOT included in the rental and are off limits, there are boat cleats in the sea wall on the empty lot to the right that can be used to tie off your boat. This canal will take you to the Gulf of Mexico in minutes! The dock has a nice fish cleaning station as well.

The property is clean and well kept. Great for family gatherings, friend groups, or travel ball teams. Plenty of parking too! This unit has keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This house is nearby a lot of great restaurants as well!

Everything went really well! Fit everyone perfectly.Nice location.Easy checkin. Tripower communicated well.Loved the dock, pool, open kitchen area!One thing I would say is if you are a clean freak that the doors, trim, walls, furnishings, rugs and stair carpets have wear and stains. That said everything such as bedding and towels and areas like kitchens and fridges,bathrooms were all well cleaned! It's also well stocked for beach chairs and a cooler, umbrella which we didnt find until the last day. Saw manatees.Overall great host and place to stay! Thank you!

This property was very nice and a great location. Everything worked properly except for the pool slide pump, which was no issue as we just wetted the slide for the kids. The rooms and bedding were great, and the open air lower level kitchen was fantastic. The pool, hottub and adjacent docks were so fun and easy to operate. This property is less than 10 minutes from the Fort Meyers Times Square beach. Wonderful place.

We enjoyed the pool, however, the hot tub wasn’t working correctly. When we turned on “spa” it ended up draining water from hot tub to pool.Water pressure in the bathrooms was pretty weak.

I communicated w owner several times. There were many roaches in downstairs kitchen 8-10 every time you walked in. Hot tub never worked, pool people came Sat-no help with green pool, and Sunday, helpful but we had to wait hours to use. Pool guy said owners had been told their pump system was inadequate. New grill did not heat above 280 degrees, so had to cook steaks inside-after a long wait. No pack and play, no high chair. Rented those. Owner stopped responding when I asked for partial refund since we did not have a hot tub, and could not use pool. Dishwasher down did not dry at all.Literally NOT a complainer, there were just too many issued that added up to an unpleasant experience.TY Debra Ward

Great Stay

Our stay here was great! We were in town for a baseball tournament. The kids loved swimming in the pool after their hot games. They fished off the docks. The beach was close, 6 to 8 minutes away. The house pictures are exactly as is. Plenty of space for 4 families. Two separate kitchens and living areas. All in all it was a wonderful stay!!! We strongly recommend. 10 outta 10!!!

Fun for a large group

Plenty of bedrooms and a great patio with pool. We loved the open bar area and solely used the downstairs kitchen and ate outside each meal. The kids loved the pool and fishing off the docks. The garage was stocked with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for our use at the beaches. The location was nice, being a short drive over the bridge to FM beach (maybe 5 miles). There were a few things that could use some attention. The upstairs kitchen faucet seemed to be broken, along with the microwave. The kitchen(s) could be stocked a little better. Overall, our large family enjoyed our stay and had a great visit to SWF.

We had 9 people; they all fit easily, beds, bathroom, location fine. But pool and spa never worked. First time I asked they sent me an 82 page manual. There was basically no help. Pool guy came on regular visit and turned it all off!

Florida Trip

The house and facilities were great, we greatly enjoyed the space and accommodations. The only complaint is that the pool was very cloudy and when we called to have it looked at they came right before our last day. Three of us went to the doctor when we returned home due to ear pain and drainage, the Dr. said it was due to bacteria in the pool water. It might be a good practice to have the pool team treat it more than just before the stay. The morning we were leaving the water was clear.

House as listed

The house was listed accurately. We did have some issues with things but made do. The refrigerators would not make ice, we could not see the temperature of the refrigerators as the digital reading numbers did not all show up so we could not set the temperature correctly. The microwaves were not powerful enough to cook anything. The door handle going out to the pool was loose so it made it somewhat difficult to open the door. The upstairs front door would not unlock with the code given so we just went through the garage or downstairs door. Wish there was more cookware to use (no scissors to open anything) but again we made do with what was available. One of the pool lounge chairs was broken. The bugs were AWFUL outside we all got so many bites. One of the beds was so uncomfortable my husband and I had to sleep on the bed sideways because we kept rolling into each other. The windows in the front bedroom downstairs were all cracked. We had a full house with 12 so again we made do with what we had and made the best of our vacation.

Excellent minus the bugs and curious light flickering

We definitely loved the property. The location was great for our group. The communication was timely and helpful. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the bottom floor with the open concept and the pool and hot tub. While most of my review is extremely positive the one major issue that affected every person to different degrees, were the bugs, and they drastically impacted our overall enjoyment of the property. We were all eaten up by the time we went home and still several days later many of us are still applying medication. We went to several other locations by boat and car and only came across these painful bites at the house and unfortunately it was happening inside and out. We tried off type products, citronella candles outside to no avail. And while this might sound petty it was so bad the last couple days no one wanted to be by the pool unless we were submerged, which was unfortunate to miss out on such a great back yard. It is not my intent to overshadow the positive of the rental, but probably worth trying to figure out for future tenants. The pain, itching and overall dreading of being bitten scarred my group. But maybe this information can keep it from happening to anyone else. Smaller inconveniences that might be worth checking, and I normally wouldn’t even mention… -bottom floor lights flickered when the hot water was turned on -hot tub and pool temps were difficult to control Thanks!
