The private backyard features a heated swimming pool with a hot-tub, a comfortable seating area with an outdoor couch, an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet, and a ping pong table for a little friendly competition. There is parking for up to three vehicles. You will note beautiful outdoor balconies with water views off of the second level of the home.
The second floor is where the home's main living areas are located. The spacious and open living room is centered around a plush queen-size sleeper sofa, additional seating, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A beautifully designed half bathroom is also located on this level. The dining area offers a table with seating for six, while the kitchen island seats several more. The kitchen is a chef's dream—bright, well-stocked, and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. Guests will enjoy stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. A dual-function Keurig coffee maker allows you to brew a full pot or single cup, and is capable of serving up to twelve cups.
