Stayed here for 2 nights. It was immediately apparent that customer service was not something the staff was concerned with. But as the stay progressed it became glaringly obvious that things like basic maintenance, procurement, and offering guests basic needs was going to be expecting too much as well.
There was a nice little bar on the property. We indulged and had a few drinks. Only problem was that once the gas station next door closed we had no way to get a drink of anything. The vending machines were either not working or sitting there empty with no attempts to stock them over our stay. I was so thirsty I would have let some ice melt to drink the water, oh but the ice machine is out of order as well. Breakfast was also out of order, coffee was never brewed, there was not even cups put out. For food they had put out a couple dry old muffins and had a cereal bar available. That is not a breakfast, continental or otherwise.
We had some laundry to do but had no soap. Signs suggest that it could be purchased from the front desk but of coarse, there was none. Went ahead and washed anyway. Spent the rest of the night feeding endless quarters into your dryer, which does not dry. It is actually so jammed up with lint we spent an hour digging it out and barely made a dent. We found out that's a known issue and nothing gets done about it but also a huge fire hazard. Staff the entire time was non existant.
Its to bad too because that little bar had some fire food.
