« Beautiful hotel. The large room with a kitchen was perfect for our family to stay a couple days. Wish the pool was bigger but we were so glad it was indoors as we had rain the whole time we stayed there. My husband and I loved the happy hour they had with free drinks and food. And the complimentary breakfast was great too. Staff was very friendly. »

« Sheronda was an absolutely wonderful host during our stay in Charlotte! From the moment we arrived, her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and she went above and beyond by decorating the bedroom with beautiful balloons and leaving a heartfelt card. « It was claimed to have been renovated. Shelves are hanging on the wall by a thread. The paint is peeling and fixtures painted over. I cld have done a far better job. It's obvious that the ceiling is leaking because of the peeling plaster and/or brown rings. The walls are dirty and areas still need painting. If it was renovated, I'd hate to have seen it beforehand. And the cleaning lady needs to be fired cos she half cleaned behind previous guests. The microwave was dirty with no plate inside. It...
