« Wonderful property! Safe neighborhood, a playground right across the street. The house was nice. Plenty of room for our crew and fun games in the basement to keep kids entertained. We were about 10 minutes from shopping and food. Very convenient location »

« This house fit our needs perfectly with a fully outfitted kitchen, BBQ grill, and fully fenced in yard for our dog. The neighborhood is quaint and great for walking (ie sidewalks) plus there’s a nice little path around a reservoir that’s close by. »

« The house was comfortable and family friendly. The ceiling in the kitchen was dirty. The PlayStation had 2 controllers but only one worked. The clips on the hot tub were broke so after a windy day and the cover not staying on the tub was dirty but easily cleaned. The ping pong net doesn’t really fit and kept falling off so that wasn’t usable. The arcade games were obviously very popular because the controls didn’t work correctly so likely worn out. « Not made for tall people. Only one car can fit in driveway but upstairs residents smoke in garage by it. You can hear people and animals walking upstairs. No closets available »

« We spent twelve days at this house in early March 2026. We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodeled house. We love the kitchen and counter space. This place is very clean and well maintained. The host communicated with us promptly. We have a few more trips, and are returning to this property the rest of this year. »

« This place is amazing. It had all the amenities I needed and more. My family and I stayed here while we were relocating and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were big enough for everyone and the house was clean. My kids loved the flashlights to help them see at night. It was the little things that mattered to us during our stay. The host was also responsive and accommodating. I will recommend this place to my family and friends! »

« Beautiful, pristine house. We felt at home the minute we stepped inside. Great communication from the host. Convenient parking. Quiet location and all the rooms had black-out shades as well. Modern kitchen with a filtered water dispenser and plenty of ice in the fridge. Beds were comfortable with many pillow options. Great neighborhood and fantastic location for trips into Boulder, Estes Park, and Rocky Mountain State Park. Lovely restaurants nearby. We only stayed two nights, but I would've...
