This property is centrally located to everything you will need including restaurants, nightlife, shopping & all the services you will need during your stay - plus easy access to experience everything that this South Florida destination has to offer. There is off street parking for up to 4 cars & if you don’t have a car there are plenty of ride share services available.

Pool heat Included

* Pool Heat is included: Heating operates only while the pool pump runs (approximately 12 hours per day). During off cycles, the temperature may naturally drop and will gradually reheat once the pump restarts.

The property is located on the water with no fence on the water side. Children need to be supervised at all times.


Short Stay Florida provides a welcome bag of start-up supplies for your convenience including paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, extra toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap & more. Please note that this provided to get you started. Additional needed supplies are the responsibility of the renter.
No Smoking / Vaping inside of the property. - $250 smoking fee will be assessed for violations

No Pets Permitted - $250 fee will be assessed without prior authorization & payment of applicable fees

No events, parties, or large gatherings

No parking on the street as per City regulations

No noise between the hours of 10PM & 7AM. This is a residential neighborhood, the noise rule is strictly enforced by the City officials

No glass permitted in the pool area

Pool is Swim at your Own Risk. No running on the pool deck & no diving into the pool

Children who wear diapers are not permitted in the pool

Please keep doors to the pool closed, if left open they will affect the operation of the air conditioning system, which could freeze-up and take up to 24 hours to recover

Please shut off lights & lock doors when leaving the property

Please be advised that dish-ware, glassware, kitchenware and/or utensils have been provided in this home as a guest convenience. These items have been cleaned within this home using ordinary household dishwashing facilities & agents. They have not been sanitized according to Federal & State standards for public service establishments

This property includes an internal Minut smart device to measure noise levels over 85 decibels. It does not have a camera but measures only volume levels throughout the home and outside.

There are cameras on each corner of the house, outside only.

Please do not put the following in toilets: paper towels, sanitary products, baby wipes & other cleaning wipes as they will clog the pipes, and you could be responsible for the cost to clear the sewer line
