The saltwater pool is heated year-round and typically maintained at approximately 86°F at no additional charge. During unusually cold weather, temperatures may vary.

🧹 POOL MAINTENANCE

The pool is professionally serviced weekly.

Because it is outdoors and unscreened, leaves and small debris may occasionally enter the water between scheduled service visits.

A pool pole and net are provided for guest convenience.

🌱 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Lawn care, pest control, and other exterior maintenance may occur during your stay with minimal disruption.

We will request guest permission if interior access is needed, although this is rare.

🚣 WATERFRONT & DOCK

Enjoy the private floating dock, kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing directly from your backyard.

Fishing poles are provided, with local bait shops nearby.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times around the pool, Jacuzzi, dock, and waterfront.
