Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and their private back patio. Entry is seamless and secure via a digital keypad on the unit door; a unique access code will be provided prior to check-in. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor patio and grilling area. One (1) designated off-street parking spot is included.

- Parking: Additional parking may be available upon request, but is not guaranteed.

- Amenities: Complimentary toiletries and essentials are provided to start your stay.

- Safety & Security: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 2 on the building front, 1 in the shared patio area, and 2 on the back corners. All are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. Cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence.

- Noise Monitoring: A noise-level detection device is installed (per city ordinance) to monitor decibel levels without recording audio.

- Legal: Per City of Fort Lauderdale Ordinance, it is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
