Soak in the sun on the shore and spend quality time by the private HEATED pool (saltwater) at this bright Florida luxury villa! The 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with game room) vacation rental also features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, private pool, Smart TVs, and plenty of seating for relaxation between outings. Only 6 mins away from Fort Lauderdale Beach, and less than 35 mins drive from Miami.



The Space:

Villa Aura is nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, boasting a heated pool and all of the comforts of home, this spacious house (1,960 sqft - 183 sqm) is the perfect family retreat for quality time together and easy access to the beach. Villa Aura can accommodate up to 8 guests + 2 kids.



Great location in upscale residential area very close to everything including shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffee shops and the beach. Only 6 mins away from Fort Lauderdale Beach, 10 mins to Downtown Las Olas and 30 mins drive from Miami. For golf players or boat enthusiasts, Villa Aura is located 4 minutes to the Coral Ridge Golf & Country Club and 7 minutes to the Coral Ridge Yacht Club.

Great house but had some issues

The house overall was great! The bedroom layout is nice throughout the house, pool was amazing and clean! Some issues we had…the main refrigerator didn’t work and we were told we had to use the garage fridge that was super small with no ice machine. My 2 elderly aunts had a hard time using the garage fridge as there were some steps involved. Just made it hard to fully utilize the kitchen to cook since the garage fridge was so small. The keypad on the door didn’t work properly. It took at least 20-30 minutes of trying to get in the door each time. The air conditioning was not cooling the house and the vents were very dusty in the bedrooms. Over all great location and house just need to fix some minor issues. Would of left a better review had they given us a discount for the fridge not works if. Kind of disappointing that we were just told to use this small garage fridge with no other accommodation.

Great Place!

Very close to the beach and good restaurants. House was clean upon arrival. Very smooth check in and check out process. The refrigerator in the kitchen didn't work and we had to use a newly bought small fridge in the garage. This was an inconvenience and wish it was disclosed prior to booking. There is also a step that is hard to see as your going from the kitchen out to the garage that several people fell using. Luckily no one was seriously hurt. Overall, great experience. Just wished the refrigerator in the kitchen would have worked.

1st experience with vrbo

The house was beautiful and very clean. We ran into an issue with the refrigerator not working appropriately and this was also mentioned in a previous response in April, but must have not been addressed. This lead to us needing to eat out more often and not having cold drinks or able to keep leftovers or food on hand. On day 6 we were offered a mini fridge. This would have been a great option on day 1. They did give a small refund for our troubles. Other than the fridge issue, the pool, house, and neighborhood were amazing and provided our group of 8 with all the needs. Kevin did get back to us but we had to reach out first for any updates. He dod accommodate an early check-in that was nice! Even though we ran into some bumps, it will not deter me from using VRBO for future trips.

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is new and well stocked. The backyard and pool are awesome. Our only glitch was that the freezer didn’t work and the refrigerator wasn’t operating at full capacity either. Hopefully they will remedy this before the next renters arrive. I would also recommend they get new beach chairs. The house sleeps 8 and we only had 3 beach chairs that were child size

Awesome house for a family gathering

We just completed a week-long stay at this awesome property. The house is clean, uncluttered, roomy and well thought-out. We were there with our grown sons and their wives and our grandson, and the four bedrooms suited us well, as did the ample dining room tables indoors and outsides de. The pool is fabulous and the location great. Highly recommend!

Few issues - no full propane tank to BBQ, needed more and larger hand/shower soap, freezer requires fixing/adjusting, new non-stick frying pan and a measuring cup would help. House host fantastic and provides excellent customer service and very open to feedback to rectify any issues. Would rate 4-1/2 and would return.

From beginning to end our trip was fantastic! This house is simply Beautiful and very comfortable. From the plenty of hangers to the size of the rooms to that amazing pool, this house is top notch…Highly recommend this home and Kevin was beyond accommodating, he even answered our messages on Thanksgiving and within just a few minutes. I honestly cannot say enough about this home, we will definitely be renting more homes from Kevin

Beautiful place in a great location!

The house was even nicer than the pictures. The attention to detail on how clean everything was is impressive. Kevin made the check in process super easy and was always a text away whenever I needed something. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice vacation home.

Great!

We stayed here for a week visiting family. The stay was great. Everything was as advertised and equipped with everything we needed. We had little ones and the house was prepped with things that we can use for them which was a plus for me. We didn't really need to reach out to Kevin for much because Everything was easy and there, but when we did, he responded very quickly and answered any questions that we had. The pool was awesome, the children and the babies loved it, we all had a great time. It enabled us to enjoy ourselves even without leaving the house. We would definitely book again if given the chances. Thank you Kevin for making our stay enjoyable.
