The neighborhood is very quiet and full of surrounding parks, restaurants and 11 minutes from our beautiful Lauderdale by the Sea beach and fishing pier.
We are 15 min from Las Olas Boulevard, 17min from Pompano Beach, 5min from Wilton Manors, 20min from Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

The perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries is in the master bedroom. This room features a comfortable Queen-sized bed, Roku Smart TV 50", plenty of room to store your belongings, and ensuite bathroom with a spa-like atmosphere.

Bedroom 2 - Queen Suite

This inviting room is perfect for a couple of friends or relatives - or a teenager looking for some privacy. With a flat screen TV, this space will make any guest feel at home with comfort.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is perfect for guests, grandparents, or children, with two twin beds there's space to share. This room also comes with a 55" Smart TV ROKU on demand.

Fully equipped Kitchen

Cook up a storm in this fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, including Keirug and Drip Coffee Maker for starting your mornings right, and easy. With a range, double wide fridge with water/Ice dispenser, and microwave, plus new cookware, dishware, and an ultra quiet dishwasher- cleanup is a breeze.

Living Room

The living room is the spot for entertaining, with comfortable furniture and a large 65" flat-screen TV. And with ROKU on demand, you can kick back and relax as you watch your family's favorite movies.

Outdoor Dining Area

The background is just the right spot to enjoy the sunny weather from Florida. With a patio set including a dining table, and four cozy armchairs plus a full-size BBQ Grill and Tiki Bar provide with a set cocktail tiki mugs and Bartender kit, you'll have to plan at least one night in while staying here.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and outdoor dining area.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We are flexible with these times, so please let us know if you need to arrive early or stay late and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Keys

Each guest will receive a unique keyless entry code, prior to their arrival.

Parking

The driveway fits 3 cars. Street parking is available in front of the house.

House Rules

No smoking, drug-free policy, no pets, and no parties or events. Please be respectful of the space and clean up after yourself. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
