A luxurious, central and peaceful Waterfront Villa with heated pool on a gorgeous and large canal, w/ gym & Sauna, pool table and so much more. Have a drink around the fire pit at sunset time followed by a barbecue on the large outdoor covered patio. You will enjoy every minute of your stay at Villa St. Barth, professionally designed to immerge yourself in a soft and Contemporary Vibe for an unforgettable stay. Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale & Wilton Manors.

This is a very quiet and established neighborhood. *No Parties Allowed*...

A unique door code will be given for a smooth and flexible check-in.

The Neighborhood:
3 minutes away from Wilton Dr. with all its shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.
8 minutes from Las Olas Blvd.

Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250.

This is NOT a party house, there is a very strict noise policy in place with noise sensors. It is located on a quiet street, you don't like noisy neighbors? They don't either ;) Up to $350 fee per noise violation. We keep the right to cancel your booking for multiple violation of this house-rule. If code enforcement is called or drives by, they can issue you a $1200 fine as well.

This is a NON SMOKING property. 500$ fee for special smoke odor removal cleaning fee. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.

Villa St Barth is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale in the luxury neighborhood of Coral Shores:

Walk or drive in the neighborhood. Easy access to everything, very central, lots of Uber and Lyft all day and night.

Other Things to Note:
*Minimum age to book is 25 years old. A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory.

*Please note that we provide complimentary toiletries for your arrival, but do not restock items during your stay.

*The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located at the front door for easy access and security purposes, and non recording noise sensors located in the dining room and outside patio that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations).

*Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. Strict noise policy enforced on the property, by us, the community and by City Code Enforcement. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the City Rules, as well as house rules, at all times

*We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.

-Baby amenities such as a high chair and pack 'n play are available upon request for an additional fee, along with other baby gear to make your stay even more comfortable.

We’re happy to welcome service dogs at no extra charge, in accordance with ADA guidelines.
We also welcome emotional support animals (ESA) and small pets under the following conditions:
Prior approval is required for all ESAs and pets.
We allow 1 dog under 25 lbs. Requests for additional pets or larger breeds may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet will apply.
A refundable security deposit of $550 will be collected at the time of reservation.

Overall, the location and property are great! My only thing is that the house is in need of major updates and new furnishings. The backyard loungers are rusted and umbrella has holes. The rug has seen better days, as well as the sofa furniture. Pool tiles were broken off the ledges. The hammock on the canal was about to break, thank god I saw it before my kids went on it. The interior furnishings have stains ( beds and seating). The walls are scuffed up. Bottom line is this house needs to be repaired and backyard furnishings need to be replaced. Host was easy to contact, and asked for pictures of all the things I mentioned, however, they never came and fixed any of it ( primary and secondary bedrooms share a second bath, but the doors do not lock. It was an odd set up, and closets and baths only had curtains not doors!)It has such great potential but fell flat for so many reasons. I hope they take care of this as it can be so great. I do understand how hard it is to upkeep rentals, but this was boarder line gross.

Very chic/elegant house. Very large space. We were 9 adults and felt pretty comfortable there. The outdoor space is just beautiful and the Gym in the garage was a big hit with the Millennials who joined us.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owners provided a travel crib and high chair for our 18 month old grand child. The pool was perfect , with a shallow area for little girl to play. The kitchen and laundry were a great addition. Very high end appliances. The canal view was a hit for all of us. We enjoyed days at the beach , pool side and had access to great restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!

If your vacation intention is to stay at a home in luxury, this is the property for you! The house is exactly as listed. It’s new, clean and lots of room for our family with five adults. The pool area is really nice with a great view of the waterway. There were a few very minor follow-up items to address with Quentin and he was very responsive. If your vacation intention is to walk around and explore, you may think twice about the location. We were disappointed that the area was not amenable to walking, because the pawn shops, tattoo and massage parlours right around the corner lent an unsafe feeling to the neighborhood. If your goal is a self contained top notch house/pool, this fits the bill.
