Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the home, private heated pool, fully fenced and pet friendly backyard, BBQ grill, fire pit, garage, and driveway. Enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay with convenient self check-in using a smart lock. Your unique door code will be shared with you on the day of your check-in.



You’ll have access to all indoor and outdoor amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, laundry facilities, beach equipment, and the fully equipped kitchen. The property is not shared with anyone else, allowing you to relax and enjoy your own private South Florida retreat from check-in to check-out.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located East of Federal Highway on a quiet cul-de-sac. This is a wonderful and safe neighborhood in a great area of East Pompano Beach. The home is 10 minutes away from the beach!



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from The Sun House. Most guests choose to drive, and the property offers a private garage and driveway parking for multiple vehicles. Major roads and highways are nearby, making it convenient to explore Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and the surrounding South Florida area.



The beach, waterfront restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, golf courses, and local attractions are all just a short drive away. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area, providing a convenient option for dining out or enjoying a night on the town without worrying about parking.

The Sun House is a quiet, private retreat ideal for relaxation. Please be mindful of neighbors and observe quiet hours in the evening. The pool is heated to 85 degrees and can be changed upon request; advance notice may be required. The home is not suitable for parties or events. Guests must follow all house rules and local regulations. For everyone’s safety, the property has exterior security cameras monitoring the front door and driveway. Additional details and check-in instructions will be shared prior to arrival.
