Only ONE vehicle is allowed per unit, with additional street parking available at your own expense, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed. **9. Cleanliness & Trash**
* Please bag and dispose of trash in designated bins. * Use liners for small bins. * Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
**10. Property Condition & Inspections**
* Management reserves the right to enter the property for emergencies, necessary repairs, inspections, or other urgent matters. * We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with guests in advance whenever possible. * Violations of rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
**11. Security Deposit**
* A refundable deposit is required prior to check-in. * It will be returned if:
