The Space:
Welcome to The Seahorse Villa I!!! You will have the entire place yourself. Our duplex home was recently renovated, and it was designed to make you feel at home. This 1816 sq ft modern design home has everything you will need to have a pleasant stay, either for vacation or work.
The home has a private fenced backyard for our guests to enjoy and is just a short drive to the nightlife, great restaurants, beaches, and more.
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishware, and more. The living room and family room are great living areas for entertainment and socializing.
The main bedroom features a king bed, dresser, smart TV, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, luggage rack, dresser, smart TV and plenty of closet space as well.
We also have 2 rollaway beds available if needed; each bed can be requested, and the fee is $35 per bed.
The backyard features a BBQ grill and lounge chairs.
Things to keep in mind: our office-designated area has a wireless printer, and we do have a variety of children's items, like a high chair, toys, a pack 'n play, etc., available upon request.

Less than 2 miles away from Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, there is a beautiful beach and an amazing selection of restaurants, nightlife, and attractions.
Note: This property is one of two on the same lot; as such, it is very important that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors. Your security and that of the property are important to us, so this property is monitored by surveillance cameras located on the exterior of the property only. In addition, it is equipped with noise detection devices. The noise detection devices are designed to alert us of noise levels if they exceed that of 75 dB for over 10 minutes or more.

Coral Ridge is a neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a population of 5,380. Coral Ridge is in Broward County and is one of the best places to live in Florida. Living in Coral Ridge offers residents an urban-suburban mix feel, and most residents own their homes. In Coral Ridge there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.

Public transport is available, and Uber/Lyft are readily available. Also consider renting a bike or e-bike.

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
**Property is NOT pet friendly.
**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service, and pest control management that may come during your stay.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Dream Vacation And Rentals. It will send you messages with instructions and guidance through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions.
