Please be advised that dish-ware, glassware, kitchenware and/or utensils have been provided in this home as a guest convenience. These items have been cleaned within this home using ordinary household dishwashing facilities & agents. They have not been sanitized according to Federal & State standards for public service establishments

This property includes an internal Minut smart device to measure noise levels over 85 decibels. It does not have a camera but measures only volume levels throughout the home and outside.

Please do not put the following in toilets: paper towels, sanitary products, baby wipes & other cleaning wipes as they will clog the pipes, and you could be responsible for the cost to clear the sewer line.
