We enjoyed our stay here. One negative was the high pressure time share push at check in. The unit was spacious with a full kitchen and the balcony had a great pool view. The staff was friendly and helpful. One thing we really enjoyed was the ability to go to their other property called Club Wyndham Royal Vista which had easy parking, warmer pools, a cafe on certain days, and best of all, it was right on the beach where you could rent chairs. An easy way to go the beach!

Great Place To Relax

Hosts were very helpful during booking and communicated well. The room was incredible, giving plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Easy to find and very safe and secure facility. All the staff were extremely helpful.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and a good size for 6 adults. We liked the fact that we had the ability to go to the other properties near by (Royal Vista is where the beach is and the resort provides a shuttle service between the properties). The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would stay here again.

Overall I would stay again.

I was upset that despite sharing I was in town for my fathers funeral, they still tried to sell me a time share package. I was surprised to find the pool area was amazing with mini water park like amenities. The wear on buildings are apparent but overall I would stay here again. Great location, middle of most everything.

A great week.

This is a large, very comfortable, two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a full, very well-equipped kitchen that accommodated 4 old pals perfectly. Lots of amenities including tennis, basketball, mini-golf, a good sized gym and an excellent, incredibly helpful staff. If we return to south Florida we wouldn't hesitate to re-book here.

As a repeat customer, my family and I enjoyed another fun-filled vacation! The location (access to shopping, restaurants, the beaches and entertainment), security of the resort and most of all the individual unit keeps us coming back. Communication with the owner is always flawless. The units have been immaculate and equipped with everything needed for a home away from home. We will continue to vacation with this owner!!!

Awesome Vacay

This is an amazing property and the staff are all very friendly and professional. The building was very clean and decorated beautifully. I can't say enough good things about this place!!! They even had activities that entertained both the adults and kids in our group! The live music was a sure hit for me and my husband. There isn't really anything worth mentioning that I could say was a disappointment! I am so glad I found this property and chose to stay here for our first Florida trip.

Great place! Clean property with variety of activities

Our family (including 2 teens) greatly enjoyed our stay. Unit and property were safe, clean and spacious. (We had a large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with kitchen.) Several pools, yard games (chess, mini golf, bags, etc.) and daily resort activities for all ages. Teens enjoyed the size and machine options in lifting room. Little cafe on property that serves Starbucks. There is a Walmart located a short walk away which was very handy to grab essentials. Tina and Hannah were great to work with and communicated quickly when we had a question.

Nice stay

We had a room in the Royal building and it was a generously sized 2 bed. The pool was never busy unlike the main pool which was very. The timeshare people nab you when you first arrive and you have to get your room key from them. They are very persistent. The comms with the owner were really good and professional and we would use them again if we were to stay here. Thank you

Vacation Stay

We stayed 5 nights for a short golf vacation with family and a friend. The property and location are great. We have stayed here each of the last 6 years in October for golf and gambling. The only downside is the badgering during check in for Wyndham owners insisting that you do an owners update. I told them I just did an owners update in Myrtle Beach in August but that did not deter them. It is getting to the point during the check in process at they Wyndham properties that I am going to threaten to call the police if they continue to delay my check ins.

Family Vacation

The hotel is ok, very rough neighborhood. Pics do not reflect the reality, pool was always overcrowded, it looks huge in the pics but it is not big enough of the amount of rooms. The room was good enough but nothing fancy, very little kitchen utensils. The reviews are not consistent with the hotel, it is definitely not a 4.8, I would say 3. Very loud and not well behave/educated guests. The best advantage of the hotel is that you have access to park at their other hotels at the beach nearby. I wouldn't stay here again, sadly the neighborhood where the hotel is is not good.

Great resort

This property was very nice. There are many activities and things to do. Check in was simple. We got in later in the evening and did struggle to find the correct entrance. We had to call to get us where we needed to go. Maybe add the address to that gate entrance. The rooms were great. Plenty of room and clean. We would definitely recommend staying at this property. The only downside we had was, after dark the neighborhood is a little rough. We went to the fast food establishments across the street and it had some homeless people and a few questionable people out and about. I wouldn't recommend walking around outside of the property at night.

Great place to stay

We arrived on a Thursday and my husband went to check in. It probably took at least 30 min or more! You check in at one desk and they send you to another desk to get your door keys. Then that’s where they try and sell you on timeshares. We were not interested and it still took that long! We were there to see our son for his birthday. Anytime we would ask a simple question, they would always ask our room number and try to talk us into going to a seminar so we could get free tickets. Once again…not interested. The room (573)was perfect, we had a view of the pool. It was clean for the most part. Comfortable beds. Not much to do in the area. We drive to the keys, wear palm beach, and Naples in different days. Traffic can be crazy!
