Use the pool at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.



No diving or rough play.



Please supervise children at all times.



🛶 Canal & Kayaks

You must fill out waiver to use kayaks!



No swimming in the canal



This is Florida and you may encounter an Alligator. Stay in kayak at all times!



Life jackets are provided and must be worn while kayaking.



Only use kayaks during daylight hours.



Launch from the backyard canal area and avoid disturbing wildlife.



Please return kayaks and paddles to their storage area after use.

Paddles and balls are stored nearby—return them after use.

Washer and dryer are located



Detergent is provided.



Please only run full loads when possible.



🌡️ Air Conditioning

The thermostat is set to a comfortable temp—feel free to adjust within 70–75°F range.



Leave thermostat to 76 when leaving



Please keep windows and doors closed when A/C is on.



🐶 Pet Rules

Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them—indoors and out.



Pet fee is $75 per pet up to 2 pets



No pets on furniture



Don't leave pets unattended for long periods.



🗑️ Trash & Recycling

Someone will come and move bins to street for you and put back



Bins are located on the side of the house. Please separate recycling from trash.



🚫 House Rules

Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors. To keep the home fresh for all guests, smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in an additional deep-cleaning fee, starting at a minimum charge equivalent to the standard cleaning fee, to cover professional ozone treatment and upholstery cleaning.
