La villa vient d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e et meublĂ©e rĂ©cemment. Dans trois chambres et avec deux grands canapĂ©s-lits, il peut facilement accueillir dix personnes. La maison offre environ 2100 pieds carrĂ©s d'espace de vie. Le jardin est d'environ 10000 pieds carrĂ©s et offre BEAUCOUP d'espace pour se divertir! Vous ne trouverez rien d'autre avec autant d'espace extĂ©rieur au sud-est de la Floride! La propriĂ©tĂ© est clĂŽturĂ©e, mais vous avez accĂšs au quai privĂ©. Cependant, les enfants ne peuvent pas ouvrir la porte du quai. Parmi les palmiers et le banian tropical, il y a aussi beaucoup d'ombre naturelle et beaucoup de soleil. Profitez de s'allonger sur la chaise longue et regardez les navires passer dans le canal. Ou amusez-vous avec le nouveau tĂ©lĂ©viseur 3D actif! Ou dĂ©tendez-vous simplement dans le patio avec chape, en regardant le jardin et la piscine ou la tĂ©lĂ©vision.

Vous pouvez avoir votre propre jet ski ou bateau amarré au quai privé de la propriété pour votre usage personnel! Vous pouvez louer le (s) jet (s) et / ou le bateau pour un ou plusieurs jours pour un prix imbattable. La navigation de plaisance jusqu'à l'océan ne prend que quelques minutes sans aucune restriction, comme des ponts fixes. Il y a de l'électricité à quai et de l'eau douce sur le quai.

La plage est trÚs proche ainsi que tous les commerces, restaurants, cinéma, tennis, golf et équitation. La villa est une destination de vacances idéale toute l'année.

Épiceries, boulangerie, toutes sortes de magasins comme un magasin de chaussures ou un magasin de plongĂ©e sont Ă  quelques minutes. Vous pouvez mĂȘme marcher jusqu'Ă  Starbuck!

Tennis, Ă©quitation, golf, plongĂ©e sous-marine, plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, plage, location de bateaux, pĂȘche et pĂȘche en haute mer, plongĂ©e, plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, location de bateaux et jet ski, cours de surf, kite surf, cinĂ©mas, magasins d'usine, Shopping (Wholefoods, Costco, Publix , Walmart et autres), Everglades, Miami, excellents restaurants - tout est au coin de la rue! De plus, le centre commercial Aventura est Ă  seulement 20 minutes.

Stay Away - Not worth it!

Yeah, the back yard and pool is nice but the host is not local (Europe) and very unreasonable to deal with. All he cares about is making money and not keeping the property well maintained. There was mold in the coffee pot. Mold in the bathroom. Nails sticking out of the floor. Sand in the bed sheets. The kitchen, living area and sun room were very unorganized. The dishwasher was still full of dishes. Not enough towels. Don't even go in the garage, its a disaster, you cant hardly walk through the garage to get to the washing machine and dryer without tripping over something, its just filled with garbage everywhere. When we tried to use the washing machine it wouldn't drain. I tried contacting the owner to get it fixed, it was never fixed while we were there so we had to go to a laundromat ( the last thing I wanted to do on vacation) but ultimately it was never fixed and he blamed the malfunction on us. We only tried to use the washer one time and it didn't work. He ended up charging us an extra 400 to fix the washing machine because of a broken lid lock. We did nothing wrong, all we did was put some towels in and close the lid, but he insists we damaged it. What a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place and owner. Not worth it at all. One more thing, I contacted VRBO to file a dispute and they were no help at all, they don't care about their customers either. Just stay at a hotel. None of these people understand anything about customer service, Money is all they care about.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here for a much needed get away! The backyard was breathtaking! The home was very spacious and very comfortable! The owner Claude was always there for anything we needed! I definitely recommend this property and will definitely come again!

The house was great- if we had only had cooperating weather so we could have used all the extra amenities would have been nice. The yard was great- the toys and pool would have been fun had it not been raining the whole time. The property was well taken care of. The owner was great with getting back to me. If we go back - I’d definitely try to rent their house again.

Resort style back yard!!

This home was fantastic in every way possible. Particularly outstanding is the resort style back yard. Nothing but total fun and relaxation being right on the canal. The house offered all the comforts of home and really lent itself to lots of company. Plenty of room inside and out. Very clean and easy to keep clean. Most of all, Claude was awesome to work with. You won’t go wrong renting this house. It’s a real gem!!

Family-friendly pool house

This is a basic 3-bedroom pool house with well appointed kitchen and baths - 1 bath very small. Hardwood floors and minimal upholstery suit well for children and pets. Rental has spacious outdoors with fun exposure/access to inlet dock. This outdoor space - best feature of the rental - requires ongoing maintenance; we arrived on Thursday and pool and yard were not cleaned or groomed until Monday. The owner is very cordial and well-meaning but is not local, and has the rental set on auto pilot for maintenance and management; he is unable to provide personal oversight for standards. Just know this is a basic and not upscale rental; depends on what you want and your needs.

Beautiful Property

From start to finish, this was a wonderful stay. I had a lot of questions even before our stay began and Claude was very kind and patient. The property itself is very beautiful. You won't want to be inside much because its like paradise as soon you enter the backyard. The house inside had everything we needed and the kayaks that came with the property were used daily. You won't be disappointed in booking this property. Thanks for everything, Claude! See you next time!

Claude has a nice place. 2.bed rooms near each other the 3rd a little more separate. The back yard is very pretty and exquisite. It's a great family house because they have games , books and sand toys. I also noticed in the closet they have booster seats and car seats and A small sized crib. A few down sides to the place is 1. everything was exact. There was just a few rolls of toilet paper having us wondering if wed run out in the middle. 6 of us for 3 days. The linen and towels as well. Smallish towels and only 6 or 8..between swimming and showers...We could have used more. Linen seemed to be locked in a closet or something so when we decided not to share the king bed we had to contact them to get us more linen so we can use the pull out couch. (In which we were questioned why we would need more) 2. Which leads to our second issue was the communication got a little "sticky" we had many emails back and forth but somehow things were not so clear and we were made to feel as if we hadn't given over information accurately when in truth we did. We were supposed to have the pool heated but in the end it was stl too cold to swim in cuz the weather was cold and the pool was not heated warm enough. And we also didn't know that they would only heat the pool till 5 pm and had planned a night swim. So the pool was a big disappointment because we specifically rented a house with a pool and were unable to use it. (It was also very dirty the first day we were there but seems they have a pool maintenance that comes, not sure how often so that's something I would clarify before staying here) The toilet was stuffed when we came...But that could happen to anyone..and being that we came late in the evening it wasnt able to be fixed that night...understandably so (although annoying for us) But they did have it fixed the next morning. So all in all I wouldn't say not to stay here. I might even myself stay again but I would def. Make sure to talk on the phone more instead of emailing and being very clear as to what we want with the pool..Linen etc.. The poor communication was very frustrating making us feel like we were misleading them and we began to feel uncomfortable to all flee things (such as the higher heat in pool or extra linen)
