The kitchen is open concept and is stocked with all the things you'll need to prepare and serve food including a coffee station.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the usual toiletries as well as other less obvious necessities.

The main open common area consists of multiple sitting areas with movable chairs so quality time with your tribe becomes effortless.

There is a hot tub, kayak, mini foosball table, and several board games for your entertainment and a elliptical cross trainer to get some cardio

Your group will enjoy exclusive access to this entire unique property during your stay. Take in the glimmering water views at the stunning outdoor area, where you can bask in the sun by the private dock, gather inside the hot tub in the evening, and enjoy the lush surroundings of the garden.

We have designed your stay to perfection and automated the check in and check out process so you can enjoy your time with your group. If something should require our presence we can usually have someone there within minutes, not hours. Welcome to the beautiful city of Hollywood, an underrated gem ideally located smack dab in the center of South Florida. There are many charming dining and entertainment options to make your trip fun and delicious. Explore local Hollywood Beach, a Blue Wave certified beach boasting the 2.2 mile long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and The Hollywood beach Golf Resort.. We are 2 minutes from the I-95 ramp where you can head north towards Palm Beach or south to Downtown Miami in 20 minutes and South Beach in 25. You can also easily access the free Hollywood Trolley, the local Tri Rail Commuter Train and The Brightline High Speed train to Orlando and Miami.

This property features open access to water and may not be appropriate for very young children that can walk but not swim.
