Location, Location: whether you are here for work or leisure, the location is incredibly convenient, and renting a car is unnecessary. Guests can walk to the beach or enjoy the vast variety of outstanding restaurants on Atlantic Blvd (just a 10 - 15 minute walk away, depending on your destination). Groceries are conveniently located nearby, only a 10-minute walk to the popular Publix grocery store. Not up for exercise? Use the local free (tips only) on-demand shuttle service, Pompano Circuit, available to anyone in the Pompano Beach area. Shuttles go door-to-door, ride up and down the beach for pick service, and offer an app allowing you to request pick-up and drop-off.

➡️ Guests must submit an ID to us before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule
➡️ Furniture and added amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.
✅ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.
🐶 Property is Pet Friendly & does allow dogs, would need to inquire about this before booking. Would need to be approved & pet deposit is required.

Guest Access:
Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies inside the home and also inside the garage; this is the only space that is off-limits.

Strict quiet hours begin at 10 pm in the evening per city code.

Guests are responsible for presenting us with a valid picture ID and the names of all the guests staying on-premise just like a standard hotel. There is no exception to this rule.
