Stayed here for 10 days in March 2026. Arrived late at night and it was dark out. We could not find the number of the unit because it was so dark. It would be helpful if it lit up or had a light above the house number. The unit was clean. It is an older condo but nicely kept. The outside could use some sprucing up. They don’t do much to make it appear nice. The pool area could use an update. There was fake grass around the pool and a big piece of it had lifted up and was hanging into the pool. The next day it had been put back in place but the edges were still sticking up making it a fall hazard. Upon arrival there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels which was nice. The shower handle was extremely hard to turn on. I did mention that to the owners. The bed was also really squeaky. The area is very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. No shopping malls but there is a TJ Maxx and Marshalls. About 15 minutes down the road in Pompano there is Pompano Community Park. It is extremely large. It has pickleball courts, Basketball, Baseball, Kids playground area and much more. It is also close to Boca Raton and only 1/2 hour from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Overall, it is a cute place close to a lot but could use some updating on the outside.
