This beautiful home is perfect for families or groups of up to 7 guests. It has 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & is just a short walk to the beach (5-8min walk). The open-concept living area has a fully equipped kitchen & a large dining room table that converts into a pool & ping pong table.
The bedrooms include king beds, a full-over-full bunkbed w/ twin trundle, sleeper sofa & a rollaway twin cot. Other amenities include a hammock, propane grill, washer/dryer, cable, FAST Wi-Fi.


I am available via the app, but may be slower responding between 11pm and 8am.

Walk to the beach from the house (5min walk) or the river (1 min walk) & relax on the park benches on the river and watch the beautiful boats go by! You can get many places by driving 5-10 mins.
Private parking for 3 cars in the driveway. We just ask that you keep your vehicles on your side of the parking pad. All dishes, cutlery and kitchen necessities will be stocked to enable you and your guests to cook full meals. After a full day of fun and relaxation at the beach, get ready for some fun night life at the Pompano Beach Boardwalk filled with restaurants!

This home is a duplex (side-by-side), so there may be guests renting the other home during your stay. You also have the option to rent both units if your group would like to do so.
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken.
No local guests.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
No parking on the grass under any circumstance or the vehicle will be towed and vehicle power will be responsible for the fines.

Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.

Driveway Size: Shared driveway. Fit 3 cars on the West side. // 80ft wide 20ft long

If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.

$25 pet fee per pet per night. 4 or more pets is by approval only and price varies.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
