• Walk-in marble shower and a new vanity

• Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a private in-unit desk for remote work

• Mini-split A/C with a MERV13 filter for cleaner air

• Beach cooler, chairs, and towels for beach days

• Board games for a night in



Pets are welcome. One pet, $150 pet fee.

Guest Access:

The entire studio is yours, with its own private entrance. You also get:

• Dedicated driveway parking with room for two cars, plus an EV charger on request

• A private patio

• Shared laundry room at the back of the property with a washer and dryer. The studio itself is fully separate from the main house.



The Neighborhood:

Lauderdale Manors is a quiet residential neighborhood in the middle of everything:

• 10 minutes to Las Olas, downtown, Flagler Village, and the beach

• 5 minutes to Wilton Manors and Wilton Drive

• 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale airport and Port Everglades

• Grocery stores, restaurants, and bars a short drive away



Getting Around:

• Free parking on the driveway, so a rental car is easy

• Uber and Lyft pickups take a few minutes

• Brightline station downtown is 5 minutes away for Miami or West Palm Beach

• Bus stop nearby



Other Things to Note:

• A short pre-arrival form is required before check-in.

• The driveway fits sedans and small SUVs. No trailers or oversized vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

• For safety, the exterior has security cameras. A city-mandated noise monitor is installed inside (it measures sound levels only and does not record audio).

• Smoking outside only.

• If you need something during your stay, ask. We can usually get it to you the same day.



Interaction with Guests:

Self check-in with a smart lock. We are not on site during your stay, but we answer messages fast, day or night.
