The house is exclusively yours, without unnecessary interruptions for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with:

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ POOL & BACKYARD USAGE ★ Please be careful when using the pool area. Children must always be supervised.
★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★ Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service.
★ QUIET HOURS ★ We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

NoiseAware decibel monitoring system is installed to help you keep acceptable noise levels.

**Only cars in the driveway. All other outside this area will be towed by the city. Unfortunately we have no control of this!**

Getting around If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the vast driveway offers four parking spots. If not there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

**Security Deposit Policy**

To ensure a great stay for everyone, we require a security deposit prior to arrival. All bookings start with a Standard Deposit, and certain stay types require an Additional Deposit as outlined below.

1. Standard Deposit
$500 for all guests.

2. Additional Deposit Requirements
An additional deposit is required if your booking meets ANY of the following criteria:

-You are a local resident.

-The booking was made within 7 days of arrival.

-Booked during a holiday (e.g., Halloween)

Additional Deposit Amounts:

-Small to Mid-sized Homes (1–5 Bedrooms): +$500 ($1,000 total)

-Large Homes (6+ Bedrooms): +$1,000 ($1,500 total)

(Two-night bookings will also require an additional security deposit)
